Remarks

In Covid times the admission is based on 12th percentage otherwise admission is done on jee mains percentile. One can get the application form from reception. Reservation is not seen by me till now. The admission process should be hassle-free and cash should also be accepted in case the card is not available.

Course Curriculum Overview

Engineering is my dream and computer science is my love. So Btech from CSE. There are enough faculty to grab your free lecture easily. The faculty-student ratio is about 1: 70. Teachers are good some are new but all were good in their fields. There were 2 midterms and then end sem papers were conducted in each semester.

Placement Experience

We can sit for placements from the 6th semester. There are many big companies like TCS, Wipro, tech Mahindra, Hfdc bank etc visit our college. The highest package provided is around 18 lakh and the average package is around 3-3.5 lakh. About 80% of cs stundents get placed. I am planning for further studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees must be paid on time otherwise you have to give fine 25rs per day and this is compulsory. Little expensive college. The scholarship is given to obc, sc , st category students. Some state scholarships are post-matric, medhavi etc. Till now I did not get any job with a stipend.

Campus Life

One annual fest called moonstone is conducted in the middle of the year in the months of may or April. Books are available in the library for all studies and journals also. The classroom is also well occupied. In fact, we get to begin study in the new building. Sports life is a little less in medicaps. We do not get the ball on time. There are many clubs in the college like Mupc , cultural, sports etc.

IIIT Bhopal Campus and Placement Review

Likes

I liked the college environment as it is currently running under Manit campus.
I like the fests organised by the internal student community at frequent time.
I like the teaching way of my HODs like how well they educate our students.

Dislikes

I dislike that our college doesn't have its own campus.
I disliked that there is still some lack of labs for the students for their practicals.
Also some seniors take a little ragging but it's banned in our college and if found then a strong action might be taken on the guilty.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Bhopal Placement are very good as compared to other private colleges and also as compared to its NiRF ranking. In ece it's around 15 lakhs, for cs its around 22 lakhs and for it it's around 13- 15 lakhs. This the average package which I have discussed.

Vidhyapeeth college will give you the best opportunity to have been placed about 4 to 6 lack package we have got if we are good in academics and have practical knowledge of the subject and have deep knowledgeable.

My college experience has been satisfied.The college provide a dicilled academic environment.

Dislikes

College infrastructure is good but need aware about to clean washrooms of college and need maintaince in lab.This is irrectculas.

In my opinion I chose this course because my some family members are also do this course and his placement is good in this sector how much he thinks he gets . Therefore I do this course and his placement in our city this is also quite enough to chose this course and mainly I didn't score good marks in jee to get other branches this is also one of region.

Greenery, cleanliness, supporting faculty
Social interactions is quite good between seniors and juniors very supportive seniors

From 3rd year that is 5th sem students become eligible for campus placements and there are many companies that came in campus placements and also there should be cgpa more than 7.5 . My plans after getting degree is startup

Likes

The clubs in the college are good. There are specific club for coding , for robotics, for music and dance.
The placement in the college is also good . If you give some efforts then you will get a good placement.
The curriculum and syllabus of the college is up-to-date and industry oriented.

Dislikes

The college did not have its own campus, so currently it regulates from inside MANIT.
The girls to boys ratio is very poor. In my batch there are only 18 girls among 650 students.
The fees of the college is also very high

Placement Experience:

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

My Best College life At Amity University

Likes

I just love the college infrastructure and the environment.
The supportive faculty members and mentor.

Dislikes

The attendance system is very strict and there is mandatory to have 75% attendance in each subject.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. Major companies that visited our campus included TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, and Capgemini. The highest package of our batch is 20 LPA, while the average package for CSE students ranged between 4-6 LPA.

No strict policy for maintaining 75% attendance criteria but you should maintain at least of 60%
No dress code you can wear casual dresses to in the class but you will have to wear formals only in

Dislikes

The class length is very high and there are 80 students In a class in the class size is small and congested
The infrastructure is very bad as it won't providing basic necessity

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college are decent as the average package is of 6.5 LP which is good as compared to the fees you are paying almost 90% of a students gets placedd from here the companies including TCS and Wipro come here

My college is good and the placements and the package is also good

Washroom and not in well conditions and watercolor is also not working

The college student are eligible for placements when they are in 8 the sem because my mtech course is 5 years and when student clear the 7 the sem they are eligible for set in placements and The college placements are good and the highest package is 1corore12 lakh and the average packages is 6 to 7 lakh

Placement Experience:

Placements in college are quite good if we compare them with other similar state government engineering colleges. It has a separate TPO (training and placement office) cell which helps students in their placements. Some quite good companies like TCS and Wipro visit the campus for placements. Around 40% of students get placed every year. The highest being 11 LPA. Core competencies the lowest 3.5 LPA salary offered in IT sector companies. Reliance, LNT, Infosys were the top recruiters. Every year students go for internships in BHEL NTPC etc. Companies ( around 30%) Other 70% students go for local transmission plant as the internship is compulsory for everyone. Students organize cultural activities.

Honest review on Academics and Campus Life in Medicaps University

I was also selected in vit bhopal but due to some personal reasons I was not able to take it . But I think medicaps is a better option than vit vellore as the location is well connected to the main city and proximity to majority of facilities which is not available in vit. Also as a day scholar it was easy to reach here because of good bus facility by university. Admission process is very simple in MU, you can apply directly by visiting the campus admission cell and completing some formalities. The selection criteria is simple and can get computer science easily if you have 75% or above in boards. There is no as such strict counselling process to get admission . You can also appear in MUSAT exam to get admission but I didn't appear in it....Read More
