10+2 with a minimum of 60% of marks in the last equivalent qualifying exam in each adhering subject. Maximum faculties here, are comparatively young and thus it's much easier for students to interact with them properly and efficiently with good hope of clear cut answers. All the teachers are highly qualified and the maximum of them are undergoing research work and have industrial experience of 3-5 years. In response to the student's teachers ratio, Strength of both classes is good. Rather, no seats remain off at this University for this course from the perspective of students. The qualifying examinations are much tough and the questions asked are a bit tricky. Direct questions barely come in the question papers.

Internships are done in Apollo Pharmacy, RN Tagore hospital, NH Narayana Hospitals, Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, Medica multi-speciality hospital and many more for clinical trials and to work at root levels and gather information and knowledge for experiences. These are the different projects including technical or IT jobs provided by Wipro, TCS and Capgemini are also provided.

From the 5th to 6th-semester students are eligible to take internships in various companies. Wipro makes their maximum visit in terms of gathering Pharmacovigilance employees at their company. Maximum students are placed. There are many other companies like Cipla, Ranbaxy, Abbott etc. who visit the University for placements. Some other students opt for M.Pharm at some other colleges for a much better future. The highest package still now provided by this University is 10.4 lakhs per annum.

Fees are quite high like as good top-class private Universities. They provide all kinds of scholarships redeemed with the course fees during semester fees payment. Swami Vivekanand scholarship is much more popular here as maximum students dwelling in the state of Bengal achieve that as a part of their learning.

The libraries are well equipped and have a huge stock of various books to meet the Maximum needs. Well, the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology has an exclusive library of its own to provide its students with better facilities to have their books and notes whatever and whenever they wanted to have access to them. The name of the Annual fest is MRIDANG. It generally occurs during the month of May with the tag line - "Get the heat to beat". All types of sports and curriculum activities are performed by various clubs of the University which are governed both by active members from students' community, alumni and also of the managing committee. The classrooms are too well equipped with projector and also boards equally to make students understand via both mannual as well as digital presentations.
