Remarks

Well, this college is owned by shiv Nadar, there if you want to get in you need to clear the exam, they ask your board percentage, Jee marks and you also need to clear the exam and then they decide which branch you need to get. All facilities are well qualified and they are from very good backgrounds. They are from IITs and big institutes. They have really great technical and theoretical knowledge. Exams are really tough like in IITs but this is a good thing students will become more intelligent through them. It has a great infrastructure room equipped with ac and all facilities. Also, all campus is full of trees and so many things it also has a great opportunity for those who wanted to take part in sports like it has all sports ground for football and cricket. It really has very good placement like for CS last year it has placement package above 41 lakhs and average package is 14 lakh same for other courses too. It's is a really good University and it growing exponentially year by year. It will recommend.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well, It offers so many courses like BTech in almost every branch and also bse and BMS but it also has masters courses like MTech and PhD Almost all faculty are from IIT. Their teaching format is also another.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 1600000 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Wipro technologies It provides a lot of opportunities for students to prove themselves and I also provide a lot of jobs to them. Its package varies from 7 to 13 lakhs rupees. And as inter it give a handsome amount of money.

Fees and Financial Aid

Well, it offers so many types of scholarships and 100 people in btech have 100 per cent scholarship for poor people, it has 16 lakh fee which include everything. Your hostel and mess fee. Yeh, it also has an on-campus job and provides a great stipend.

Campus Life

4.5

It has a great infrastructure room equipped with ac and all facilities. Also, all campus is full of trees and so many things it also has great opportunity for those who wanted to take part in sports like it has all sports ground for football and cricket.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

Life at Shiv Nadar University

In Shiv Nadar University ,there is an infrastructure for research which is generally not found in many colleges. The faculties are cooperative .The health care facility is good. The curriculum allows us the flexibility to take courses of our choice along with compulsory one and it also gives the privilege of completing a minor in a subject of our choice so there are people who do major in CSE and minor in management or mathematics. The mess food is healthy and for delicacies there is restaurant in the campus. The only drawback which I feel is that the location is remote and it takes almost 2 hours to reach Delhi Airport . In 2019,I had given SNUSAT conducted by Shiv Nadar University and it also serves as a deciding factor for admission. It deals with aptitude section and there is on the spot essay writing. I took admission in this college as it has faculties who are in research and their alumni are in famous universities and have an active placement and career development cell....Read More
