Remarks

Life in RSB was very great.Right from the college campus to the professor and the official staff all are being kind to us.But if students do some mistakes they surely notice it and after that properly guide us.All the campus building has WiFi connectivity.Full atmosphere of the college is study centric as it's away from noise.

Entrance Preview

Eligibility criteria for admission is graduate with minimum 50% marks in graduation for open category and 45% marks for reserved category.A valid score in CAT/ MAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT is also required.

Placement Experience

Our college provides full placement opportunities for every student.Head of the corporate management of our college give us full training and support for better placements in future.Trainings which are provided to us is very helpful for us.We can understand how to face an interview and how to be confident in times of admission.Almost every student crack the campus interview and get jobs.

In the cultural event, which is celebrated yearly we boys had lot of fun.Few days before the event we were very busy arranging them.And also nervous because the program has to be done in a proper and disciplined way.We conduct singing and dancing competition among the students.Singers from film Industry also invited to the cultural night.Every students enjoy to the fullest.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are single, double and triple bedded rooms.Every facilities are available in the hostel.Very spacious hostel rooms and well furnished.My hostel life is one of the best lifetime memory for me.Indoor games provision are also available in the hostel.We played badminton in the afternoon every day

All our faculty members are very hardworking and enthusiastic.They all are very regular in classes and their explanation for every chapter is very influential.They are always ready to help us in any point of time.I am more friendly with our department junior professors.I got much help from them.

good internship opportunies and industry exposure

Likes

Faculty member are knowledgeable approachable and supportive they explain concepts clearly using practical case studies and presentation.
The campus environment is friendly and students get good opportunities to interact through group project seminars events and extracurricular activities
The MBA curriculum covers important areas such as finance, marketing, HR and operation helping students develop management communication and problem solving skills.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities for MBA students at my college are reasonably good. students generally become eligible for campus placement from the 3rd ssemestse3r, after completing most of their core subjects. the placement cell starts preparing studnets through aptitude tests, resume building sessions, group discussions mock interviews and pre placement training.

The placement opportunities for my program are fairly good and students become eligible for campus placements from the third semester preparation and internship opportunities started yearly. The placemet cell various activity such as apptitude test, resume building session, group discussion, mock interview, prepare placemnt training to help students prepare for the requriements. The placement cell offers reasonable support throughout recruitment process.

The college provides 100% placement opportunities to all the students. We receive information about job openings, recruitment drives, aptitude tests, interviews, and other selection processes through the placement cell. The salary package is also good which is provided based on the company profile The placement cell supports students in various placement opportunities making all the students get placed while completing the degree After completing my degree, my plan is to start my career in a suitable role related to Human Resources or Finance, gain practical industry experience, and gradually develop my professional skills

The campus infrastructure is good, but adding more recreational spaces and student facilities would enhance the overall experience.

Likes

Rajalakshmi School of business needs at least any of the aptitude tests (MAT, CAT, GMAY, Etc) to be attended by the candidates. Also, every candidate should have a minimum of 50% in their 10th 12th and Graduation. After applying the form from the official website of the college by paying RS 1000 online, the candidates will have a Group discussion, Personal Interview & Written ability test.
