Job opportunities are good at NICMAR college. In year by year, it is increasing. Well reputed companies have been showing their interest in taking guys from NICMAR like NBC bearings, BOSCH etc. Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T Infotech and many more. TCS also takes a big number from NICMAR.
College Events
Traditional cultural programs and a grand "Lezim" mark the significance of this auspicious festival. A special lunch is organized as part of the tradition with a spread of delectable sweets and savouries. Ganeshotsav over the years has begun an integral part of NICMAR’s festivities.

Each computer lab is air conditioned. Computers in the computer labs are of the latest technology with leading construction business related application packages like Microsoft Project Management, Primavera (P6), BIM, Candy for Project Management and BRIX for contract management and SPSS, QE Pro for Data Analysis & Estimation and leading ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics .

Faculty
Most of the faculties were Masters in their field. They were hardworking and learned. Head of the department was quiet learned and eminent personality. Senior Professors were also there. Industrial Experts were there to teach students and to explore the students with their experience.
