I did a small internship program of 2 months in a startup company because that's the place where the HR managers work very hard to get the human resources at the lowest possible cost and get the maximum work done by them. This kind of internship teaches you a lot about dealing and managing people.
Placement Experience
The placement cell takes the help of the HR students to train the rest of the students and prepare them well for the interview in the companies. Since they understand and know the hiring process in detail, its easy for them to crack an interview and they gives a lot of tips about getting hired with good pay packages in the leading companies of their interests. Average package goes around Rs. 20,000 per month.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees of the college is Rs27000 per annum and the college has tied up with the government banks to provide educational loans to all the students who are in need. The students can also apply for scholarship programs at the time of getting the admission. Though the options are limited for scholarships but students doesn't leave any sort of chance to be able to fund their education.
