Course Curriculum Overview

There are 3 Assessments in each semester with a final examination at the term end. Which is quite hard if you don't study. Faculty give you personal attention and will help you in your studies and even with problems you are facing in your personal life

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

I want to work with some renowned architectural firms and with Green building consultants to gain field knowledge and Try out all the new techniques which we learned in the course in the practical field.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no scholarship program but concession is given in college fees if you are gate qualified. There are various job opportunities provided by the college and faculties. They also help you to get in touch with the other companies you want to work with

Campus Life

There are cultural events and various fun activities will college conducts at various points in the semester to reduce pressure levels so one can give his full potential to the work in the college.

Admission

The college conducts its own entrance exam. Which is based on the B.Arch syllabus and learning. there is no reservation benefit but if you clear the gate you will get a concession in the college fees. There is a 5% increment in college fees each year

Best decision one could take

Likes

The college infrastructure is state of the art and provides a great environment to thrive
Many workshops, site visits and seminars are conducted year round and are immensely helpful
Faculty is extremely dedicated and provide guidance through out.

Placement Experience:

College organises placements annually and the top ranking firms are regulars here. College supports the students through out this journey too. A lot of effort is taken in this regard and it shows very well in the way the students get job opportunities in well sought after firms

Experimental learning with strong urban focus but need better infrastructure

Likes

The colleges faculties focus on hands on learning experience with workshops seminars etc . The faculties take a positive approach based on urban design and sustainability while teaching , the faculties are very well qualified. The students are we-pre
Students are well prepared for higher studies through research based approach and are made industry ready , the college has a vast library of book and research papers which helps in overall study
The computer lab is well equipped with powerfull computers which can handle heavy softwares also 3d printer is available in college , each week there is atleast one encounter where renown peopl are brought to collaborate with students on their work

Dislikes

The schedule is too hectic, atleast we have 15 lectures a week and other submission is not considered while giving submission for one subject
Mental stress and workload management is disregard totally you have to forget social life it just study study and study
The college doesn't have any sport facilities and sports are not encourage in college only work

The curriculum is well structured integrating theoretical knowledge with practical expo sure making students industry ready while also preparing them for higher studies and research semester exams are challenging emphasizing design projects presentation and critical thinking analysis rather than rote learning the pass timing is generally high as student recieve continuous feedback and guidance throughout the semester ensuring strong grasp of concepts before final evaluation

Must Do for Bright Future!

We had Strong and knowledgeable Faculty Members
Infrastructure was very well sorted for the course
Extremely Good Climate Lab and Instruments available.

Dislikes

College timings are tough as it streches to 4.30PM
There are no negative points as such......

Course Curriculum Overview:

Entire Syllabus is updated every two years as per market development. All domains of sustainable architecture and environment sustianbility and governance are well integrated in the syllabus. It helps in relating current scenario in energy sector.

Course Curriculum Overview:

CTESCOA project management program has been more insightful since most of the teaching faculty at this program consists of experts and project managers. The assignments include mandatory visits to the sites and interviewing the experts at various levels of construction works.

Great architecture education at affordable fees

Likes

Staff is very friendly and interactive.
Library is well equipped and easily accessible.
Faculty is very supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

Construction work is going on which will soon be over though there is dust and noise.

Placement Experience:

VKE, sprout, and Shashwat is the firms which provide placement for the course. About 90 per cent of students get placed in the firms recommended by the college. This firm works in environmental sustainability.

Best institute for Sustainable Architecture

Likes

Course in the College is full of experimental and experiential learning
Faculties of the College are friendly and great mentors
College library is very well equipped and has many titles

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike or complain about

Placement Experience:

From the fourth semester students are eligible for college placements. The highest and average package is 720000 per year. And 100% placement is given to the quality work of the students. My plan after getting this degree is to practice Architecture in a Sustainable way which should be mandatory in the architectural field.

Remarks:

The best part of the colleges that is located in Mumbai and you know Mumbai is the city of dreams and you get a lot of exposure and and he social life is extremely good and I have nothing to say negative about this college.

Admission:

The admission process was very complex. But basically they consider your NATA marks. I had to wait for the last list in order to get a seat.
