Likes

I like the course set semester by semester. It is easy to learn many subjects in one sem.
The events they organized are also great. Like tech fest, annual function, gunj etc
College faculty are also good. The teaching method and course outcomes is also good.

Dislikes

Due to the covid the semester starting and ending date are not properly scheduled.
Because they are covering impact of covid we hardly get 3 months for 1 semester excluding submissions and viva
The timing for results declaration. Remedial exam forms and regular exam form filling dates are mis matches sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview

The reason I select civil engineering is that I like civil and architecture work and also it has great job opportunities and great income. The facility is great I got well-bonded with the faculty members. Three are two faculty for many subjects. All the faculty members are well qualified there teaching method is awesome. Many of them have also completed phd in their subjects.

Internships Opportunities

Since I am a second-year student I didn't have done any internships. But the senior says that it is very good. If you are an excellent student or if you have cleared all your subjects in the end our professors have many contacts and they help us with internships. Many campus for internships are also held at the campus.

Placement Experience

Since I am a second-year student I don't know much about placement. But while talking with the seniors they say the placement is good but at the end of the semester, you have to clear all your subjects. I have seen when a camp for jobs held at our college and 20+ different companies came for the interview

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for engineering in this college are very low compared to other colleges. The college is semi-government the fees per year are only 25000. We also got a scholarship kn this college. I forgot the name of the scholarship but the number we get kn scholarship was unbelievable it can pay you half of the fees

Campus Life

I really have to say this The campus in this college is big and well organized. It has a canteen also and it serves great. The parking roads and walking areas are properly covered with trees. There are so many students from nearby areas therefore social life on campus is also good. The infrastructure of the college is also good

Admission

The additional process was quite easy. Because of covid there was no entrance exam for admission. The professor just ask me a few questions and then I fill up the admission form attached the documents and that's it. Then the professor also takes me to visit the college and show me all the department's laboratories and workshops.

PDEU , a Sweet n' Sour experience

Likes

The campus is really well built and has good classrooms with air conditioners in every class ensuring student comfort.in
Decent facilities for extra curricular activities like sports and metro connectivity as well.

Dislikes

Same old rigid curriculum that is still being taught in Tier 3 engineering colleges through out the country
Some of the faculty even though they may be knowledgeable themselves, fail to deliver their thoughts in an efficient way to the students
Attendance criteria is relatively strict at around 80% on paper but you can still do with 70+ percentage.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

YES, THE COLLAGE LOOKS IN THE IMAGE IS NOTHING VERY GOOD ENVIORMENT AND BEST CAMPUS LIFE
THERE ARE TOO MANY SOCIETY AND CLULTURAL CLUBS
THE FACULTY IS LITTLE BIT SERIOUS DUE TOO THE TOUGH ACADEMICS

THERE IS TOO MANY STUDENTS THAT THEY DON'T WANT JOB BEACUSE OF THERE FATHER HAVE TOO MUCH MONEY

Placement Experience:

FROM 6 TH SEMESTER THE STUDENTS BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENT THE COMPANY THAT CAME FOR CAMPUS PALCEMENTS ARE INFOSYS,IBM,TCS ETC. THE HIGHEST PALCEMENT IS IN THIS YEAR IS 25 LAKH 95 PERCENT STUDENTS GET PLACED AFTER THE DEGREE IS WILL BEACOME A CORPORATE SLAVE

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

Likes

all faculty member is good give the best lecture.it is government college so all faculty come in the college
in the LD college placement is super till now because most of company same as other private college
infrastrure is quite good here all side greenary and animals all other.and many social activity happend

Dislikes

in the college many class room is old fashion like feel like you stay in the village.

here till now i think better placement so my opinion is that it is the government college and also provide the place ments while other college take fees and also placed same company with same package . acordin to me it is quite good placement is provide

hostel is well good they provide well good facilities to the students
faulity is also very good the help us to learn very well
the campus is well displined and mainainted neatly

Dislikes

the hostel food is not good the students are very unsatisfed
the hostels fee is a little bit higher
the campus can also plan a better gym with our fees collected

Placement Experience:

the placements are also good has every one in the clg can not get a clg placements so if we give our best then we will get the placements the highest package is around 20lpa and the average package is around 5 lpa ande my plans after my degree is to join in MBA cousre has i have special interest towards business

My Life at D.D.I.T

The campus life is great as the atmosphere it consquires is way better than the three experiences I have had at Maharaja sayaji rao university of vadodara, Vishwakarma government Engineering college and Parul University respectively. The atmosphere
The atmosphere cultivates studying and friendly competition Between the peers,it doesn't quench that competitive Nature and rather it amplifies it, also the boy girl ratio is good.
The faculties are the best, and it's not just me all the students feel that way as some faculty are from IITS and some are very experienced and have had decades of research experience in that field.

Dislikes

I think here you focus a lot more on studies rather than extra curricular activities so I think that can be improved
There are too many lectures in a day, conpared to my friends in svit I have around 2 hours worth more of lectures
The wifi and connectivity and there being counsellors is stated but it not implemented intensively

Placement Experience:

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.

the discipline of VVPEC and strictness towards academic studies , ensures focused environment
the college encourages students through substantial scholarship of 25,000 INR for top student in each class to motivate.
well-equiped library facilities provide resources for research and learning

Dislikes

lack of emphasis on sports initiatives , less opportunities for physical activity and team spirit.
stringent policies limiting cultural events and less vibrancy in campus lifestyle
very limited option in canteen and limited space to hangout with friends .

Placement Experience:

from semester 6th , placements drive is begun talking about my course , Biotechnology engineering , there was NO PLACEMENT DRIVES. But our hod will definetly help in getting great jobs according to your requirement. And help in GATE exam preparation is very minimal , so one shall prepare it by themselves.

The campus life is so good and there are many clubs
As the faculty of technology and engineering MSU is best colleges so good placement opportunities
Infrastructure is also good labs are well maintained

Dislikes

Benches are very old and some are very poor for sitting it
Very shoretst ground as compared to other prestigious collage and also in other faculties
And i personally feel, recess time is so small period, students can not manage

The faculty of technology and engineering maharaja sayajiro University of Baroda is Gujarat renowned University of Gujarat the facilities provided by faculty are so good . There is credit system and every year there are 2 semester exam Students should be well prepared.
