Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in designing chips task that I will learn in material science. The faculty and students ratio is 1:10 . The faculty are well qualified most of them have done PhD from Top IITS.there are 2 exams in a sem and the level is quite good

Companies arrive for interns and provide stipends too some of them are IBM, and many startups and I am a new btech student so I don't know the exact name of them. projects basically are about how we interact and boost our skills

Placement Experience

There are many companies that come to our campus some famous companies are Microsoft Amazon and many more like Facebook. The highest package was around 42 lpa and the avg is 14 lpa. Almost 85 per cent of students get placed. My motive is also to get a top job at this college

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the study is high but we can easily get a fee waiver and can have up to 67 per cent of the fee. Scholarships are also provided as students I'd card and many companies come for internships and jobs

Miraz is the fest that occurs in our college it's a vast fest that everyone enjoys a lot. We have a compact library where we get all types of required books .sports culture is highly being promoted in our college with vo circular activities as study can not make our personality

Admission

I have given jee advanced and I think I first think that should be improved in an about the caste system as I can see IIT many students getting much lower rank then me is standing at above branch than mine

Good learning environment

Likes

College provide so many workshop class and help us to develop our skills . They also give training to place in top companies
The campus was so clean and hygienic . The whole campus was filled with so many flowers and trees , Totally the campus give positive environment
The faculties of ssipmt was so talented , highly experienced , and supportive. Always encourage to study

Dislikes

The size of canteen was too small , so this part needed a improvement
The 75 percentage is mandatory in every semester

For placement our college provide special training and programs to develop our skill to get placed in top companies . Capgemini , Qualcomm , intel , samsung and so many companies are visited our campus for students .

Likes

Provides Training Programs for Skill Development and provides good placements to eligible students
Faculty is Interactive , Infrastructure is good, Overall facilities were good
Provides Internship, and conduct regular seminars

Dislikes

strict 75% attendance criteria if attendance is less then not allowed for CT
The college campus is very far from the city
sometimes faculties done improper evaluation of the class tests

Placement Experience:

From the 7th sem students became eligible for campus placements major companies like Capgemini ,Microsoft and Oracel were visited to our campus , the highest package was 42 Lpa offered by servicenow and average package was 6 lpa, around 40% students get placed till 8th sem , my goal is to get placement

my college overview

Likes

we have college clubs like Toastmaster, amazon aws, music club.
easy to communicate with the faculty and staff
college conduct numerous amount of events for the students

Dislikes

college is very far from the main Raipur city, commuting to college is very difficult
Here, there is very few switch board for the students to use
Here, 75% attendence percentage is mandatory.

Placement Experience:

the college provides campus placement opportunity and student become eligible for the placement from the 6th semester, Several opportunity in areas like software development , testing and technical support.

The college gives oppurtunities to participate in various competitions and hackathons like Navomesh ,Smart India Hackathon(SIH),etc..
The college have various clubs to join like Toastmaster club, cultural club, etc..
The college holds variuos events like agresita,etc..

Dislikes

Our canteen is very small and is too costly.
All the classrooms doesn't have AC'S and Coolers, in summer it is very difficult.
Attendance is 75% compulsory, otherwise we will not be allowed to sit in exam.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards, the internship and campus placement starts. Recently, my senior has got 42LPA package in her 6th semester only. Many students get internship oppurtinities from 6th sem only.

A decent affordable college , provides good facilites for the fee

Its in my hometown , and feasible for everyday travel
reasonably low fee considering a 4 year curriculum
smart classrooms with smartboard and projector

Less flexible for external acttivites .
Campus is outside city , demands travel time .

Decent but essential review

Likes

Cultural events take place in our campus temple.
Many internship facilities are offered by college.

College is far away from the city which is a disadvantage.

The AI & ML curriculum is relevant and covers useful programming, mathematics, DSA and AI/ML fundamentals. More practical projects, industry tools and real-world applications would improve it. Exams are moderate. Recently boon of this field.

A Balanced College Experience with Great Learning Opportunities

Friendly teachers and supportive staff members
Good learning environment and helpful classmates.
Practical activities and college events are useful.

Dislikes

The college is far from the main city area.
The canteen is small and has limited seating
The garden does not have proper sitting facilities.

Placement Experience:

Study environment is very good the teachers also pay attention towards every student

Dislikes

Class isn't that good every student should get treated equally in the basis of facilities even they are senior or junior
Small canteen food is mid .

Placement Experience:

After completing this course if I didn't get any placement I would rather try giving more exams for direct jobs or to do any other master course .. the highest package is 42 lpa and the percentage even we ourselves don't know the actual one

Likes

Teacher are good knowledge his teaching skills are so good.
Campus are neat and clean,good invironmet.
Civil and machanical labs instrument is so High quality.

Canteen size is very small and cleaness is most important is very bad .
College fees is very high and hostel fees
College Auditorium is very small minimum 200 students is sit here

Thos college average placement is 5-6 LPA it's is good in every branch . This college highest placement is 42 LPA this is very High to other colleges. Plans after the completing the course future is very bright

I have applied for all other 1st gen and 2nd gen IITs including iit Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT kanpur, etc. I got this college because of my rank. No I didn't get rejected. My rank were low to get admission in those colleges One have to Given fist JEE Main exam if he gets qualified then he has to give JEE Advance exam after qualifing JEE advance exam he has to apply for counselling hoosing all college priority wise. For getting admission here, one has to first clear JEE MAINS first and then the JEE ADVANCED. Your college and branch purely depends on your rank in JEE ADVANCED. I cleared my IIT Jee advanced paper and I analysed the previous year cutoff criteria to get into the college and accordingly I chose the colleges in a particular Order.Firstly being an IIT,you will find many perks in case of fame,job,tag,title etc.Also I prioritised some branches over other in which I was interested,so considering my rank,my branch and my college options,I got in IIT Bhilai.I also applied to other IIT and some Bits,VIT and some EAMCET colleges but I decided to select this over other lower colleges. I got rejected by other 1st and 2nd gen IITs as my score was not enough to get into those,I could have got into those if I would have chose some other lower branches like Metallurgy,Ocean engineering etc but I wasn't sure about choosing those branches. The exams you need to write to get into IITs is Jee advanced for Btech and Integrated Btech and Mtech and Gate for Mtech.The eligibility criteria is you have to qualify Jee advanced first to write Jee advanced,and have 75% score in your 12th exams whether it be state or CBSE board. The eligibilty score depends on the year wise cutoff marks given by the exam authority itself and it differs every year. And once you clear and be eligible,you have to select the colleges according to your priority and you get colleges according to your score,Rank and the college and brach you chose. Once you get selected in a college,you have to get all the needed documents like Jee score card,Adhaar,Caste Certificate,Income certificate,12th marks sheet etc and get verified.And once this process is cleared you get into that college...Read More

Slow people really takes time but it doesn't mean that they can't grabs opportunities, if you are a men no one can stop.

First you have to qualified for IIT-JEE(Mains) After that you have to take the IIT-JEE (ADV) examination. For general candidate for EE your rank should nearly 10,000 or below 10,000 so you can take the admission through JoSAA counselling. And for OBC nearly rank is required is (2500 to 4000 ). You can find JEE ADV papers on the official website of IIT JEE so you can practice. And do hard work and give your best...!!!...Read More
