Course Curriculum Overview

Actually I love Economics that's why i choose this course.The student ration is 70790.For the post of Asst. Prof the candidate should have completed a post-graduate degree (Master's degree) with 55% marks in aggregate in the relevant field or discipline from a recognized university. Teaching method is also good. Exams were conducting the period of 6 months gap. For each semester they providing 6 months. Very easy to pass

Class Size: 900Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Placement Experience

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Kankunje, Maruti, City gold etc are the companies visited and they made 500 above offers. Avarage package may be degree or PUC. 55% of students getting placements. After the complition of my degree i need to study MBA in Management.

Fees and Financial Aid

For each course there may different amount of fees. I think for completion of 3year degree overall cost including 1lakh and above. I didn't get any scholarships and i didn't completed my degree after the completion of my degree definitely they will provide placements also.

Campus Life

Annual functions held on December or january. Finearts day. Every books&journals are available in the library. Annual sports meet are conducting and extra other programmes or some festivals celebrations are conducting. NSS,Bhoomithrasena etc.

Admission

There is no any kind of entrance exam for the degree admission.The student must be completed his/her +2.application forms are finding through the official website of Kannur University. Application fees categorizing into two, for SC/ST 100/- and for general 420/-.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching,the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Admission:

This university is entirely based on art and culture for getting admission here I gave an aptitude test and then interview. Total marks for both was 75 50 for test and 25 for interview.. questions were basic if we used your analysis power.

Entrance Preview:

Actually in my college there is no entrance exam in my course, I chose this course (BA economics) because of my parents advice and I know how this course is important in the future I got admission on the merits basis. I got an admission card from the college. So there is no other procedures, admission based on plus two marks.

I choosed this college because it was near to my home so maybe one can say that i took it because of convinence but after studying there i understood that it was my best option like it's so good studying there. I applied to sirsyed college S. N college SES college but due to my less mark i didn't got admission there.
