Course Curriculum Overview

I have done MBA IN Human Resource and HR to me is like human relations. Symbiosis is a well known reputed instiuition and the name itself says everything.Every second individual who wants to do MBA wants to get admission in symbiosis as its amongst the best instituition.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is awesome and its in reach out to every student who wants to add one more feather in his or her cap. SCDL is an education provider to top corporates such as airtel,bajaj,bharti pvt.It offers an excellent range of programs across industry sectors which includes business management,it managment.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is best and exciting. Books journals all are available online as well sent as the hard copy. classroom all well ventilated and airy. sports and extra curricular activities also very interesting

Admission

Admission process was very simple and quick.No such hassles just the graduation marks and the selction happened. Eligibility of the course depends on the interest . The application form got it online and all the fees were paid online itself. After the fees submission got all the study material online. So far good in regards to the admission process because it was correspondence and the best part about this was the feasibility and the freedom to study along with working and once it got cleared ,the degree was delivered in the proper timespan.

we had smart classrooms and beautiful public library. the college infrastructure was modern with touch of historical blend. I was staying off campus, hence could not experience the hostel life. However we did enjoy all the sports facilities.
The faculties for RICS where mostly Doctorate holders while some were experienced veterans
the Boy to girl ratios was 60% to 40%. we are supposed to where business formals to every class and our classes often has projects and application based problems, which was very much linked to the real world.

Placement Experience:

we have 100% placements, when the year i passed i.e., 2022. basis what i have gathered, 2026 passout batch also have more than 95% placements, while the remaining students are still under the process of interviews

Placement is most important. For Marketing students Company coming for placement like ITC, Amul, Godrej, Gsk , iide , and some mid size Companies And for Hr Also tele performance and so on .. For Marketing and Hr good companies But for Finance struggle to Get 60% sales base company And remaining 40% good. Like INSYNC, Hdfc life , Most of Banks comes Kotak , icici , Axis, hdfc

Likes

Infrastructures of the college are good.
Facilities provided by the college are good.
The placements and the companies visiting are good.

Dislikes

I disliked the social life of the college.
I disliked the fact that the college did not organize anything such as festivals or functions during our academic year.
I disliked the food in the college campus.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

Remarks:

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

Remarks:

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

I gave CET and I got 90%,after that. GD and PI was conducted and den I got selected. Because it's a industry recognised course along with knowledge widening course focuses on soft skills as well.

I never applied for any quota for admission because my percentages were good enough to fetch me a seat in my desired college.
