What Students Say

Likes

The campus life is not so bad after all, the students and seniors here are much more friendly which help the freshmen.
The faculty here is also not bad they focus more on the academics and encourage students to perform well and are supportive.
The infrastructure is beautiful they have different departments for different courses and greenery is very much impressive.

Dislikes

There are no extra curricular activities or any form of entertainment which is very frustrating for a student.
Some of the faculty here is not good in teaching , guiding or supporting the students in their ups and downs.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to explore the management field and make a career in the following. The faculty here is qualified enough according to me as they teach good and interact with the students while teaching which keeps the students active in class. Monthly tests were conducted which helped the students to keep in touch with the subjects and the difficulty was quite moderate.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 22000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure was affordable which was 22,000/yr.The university is providing SSP scholarship on the basis of performance in their exams.I don't know about the campus jobs as our university have started UG admissions from 2022.

Campus Life

There were no fests conducted in the university which was very much disappointing. There are all kinds of books & journals in the library which help the students a lot. There was only one extra curricular activity which was sports and there is no social group or website run by students.

Admission

The student must clear their 12th/PUC exam to be eligible for the admission and the cut off percentage was 75%. The university confirmed my admission as I had scored 80% in my PUC which was more than the cut off and I did not write any entrance exam. I would like the university to give proper guidance to students during the admission process which can help them a lot.

Likes

The fees structure is very affordable for me and the fees for this kind of quality education is what I would really appreciate.
The intership opportunities and the placement records is also a very distinctive thing of our college
The faculty is very approachable and experienced and teach us real world skills along with the academics.

Dislikes

The college is very disciplined in terms of attendance and it is mandatory to maintain 75% attendance

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities from our college are amazing as the average package is around 700000 and the highest is around 900000. We even have a lot of value added certification couses which will give a boost to our CV. Many renowned companies such has Grand Throthon and the BIG four companies have came for placements.

The location advantage is something you can't afford to miss, as in Bengaluru you always have loads of opportunities
The campus and its ambience is one of the beast you can locate in the bengaluru proximity. It is safe, sound and enjoyful.
The mentors, teachers are very approachable and always ready to help you whenever needed.

Dislikes

Discipline is a factor which will always be in count here and you need to have a attendence above 75%.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is excellent there is 100% record of those students who choose to sit for the interviews or jobs. The average package for BBA is 7,00,000 and highest is 9,00,000. The big companies that visit are Delloite, KPMG etc.

Likes

The first thing i love the infrastructure of ISME and then the facultys and then also the batch size is less which we are getting personalized attention and more
The campus life is modern and it feels good and everyone in the campus are friendly and worth to make new connections.
The placement in ISME is good as a business school and they also have tied up with more top companies like KPMG etc...and the placement here is totally good

Dislikes

The only thing i disliked from my personal experience in ISME is attendance...because this attendance is soo mandatory here and strict in attendance
Also the campus is slightly far away when you are from the city

Placement Experience:

The placement in our collage is actually good ...even ug students who want to get a job after ug...isme is placeing the ug also in top companies and the placement here is really good and most of them getting placed in top companies

I likes the Hospitality Department Placement efforts
The quality of the infrastructure, including campus amenities and learning facilities is very good

Dislikes

Most of the teachers are freshers and not have experience on teaching domain.
Syllabus does not have depth and clarity
course curriculum to your personal and professional development is highly poor

Placement Experience:

In my course 3,4 and 6th semesters are internshisp amd it's mandatory to do. For the placement department has track record and very effective. I'm planning to move on hospitality field and taking interview.

Amrita mysore campus is great for studies but not for parties or enjoyments

Likes

People are nice and very interactive so it helps a lot
Faculties are one of the best in this college they are experienced
Exams are very easy to pass it's not like other colleges

Dislikes

Infrastructure is low only few departments and buildings
Mess food is not that great which I personally felt
Hostel facilities are very low and not that good

Placement Experience:

Placements here happens at 3rd year and at the end of 2n year you will be provided with an internship and placement will depend upon cgpa both 6-8 cgpa and 8-9 cgpa have great options on placement package starting from 2LKH Pa. And yeah most of them go for MBA after this

Gardencity University from the perspective of a student

Likes

I love the campus it has lots of figurines, and visuals etc
The canteen is really great looking and serves awesome food
There's sitting area almost everywhere and washrooms everywhere for convenience.

Dislikes

Washrooms are a bit dirty and unclean sometimes.
The canteen food was sometimes found to give food poisoning to students.
Campus is too small, cud be bigger to take strolls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester which is the second last semester. Infosys, Indigo, Aditya Birla, Wipro, IBM, TCS, Cipla, and Domino's have visited the clg as far as I remember. The median package awarded to UG (3 years) and PG (2 years) during placements 2022 stood at INR 4.5 LPA and INR 7.5 LPA Garden City University placed 146 PG (2 years) and 388 UG (3 years) students overall. I wanna open my own restaurant chain after degree.

Remarks:

It’s very well disciplined and good college. World class infrastructure, clean and beautiful campus. Experienced and well-educated faculty members. Placement is also very good but it also depends on the business market.

Focus on being clear

why I choose my college was because due to the financial condition of our family comparing to other colleges which was very affordable and we were getting the best price for the course which I choose for the computers, other other colleges with charging a lot of price for that course, but this was the college which was very affordable. The overall was teachers were supportive and the admission experience was a very easy. They provided a form which was like basic details. We need to fill after filling the basic details according to our exam sheet, which was previous before your took us. There was no entrance exam or anything that was the best thing which was very easy just a form to get an admission and they did not force to pay the full amount to get the admission. BU needs more Improvement

Actually I choose this college because my brother also studied from here so he told me that it is good college and then i take admission in this college . I did not applied for any other college after 12th I was interested in computer so I take admission in this college.
