Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in software engineering, and have an intermediate knowledge about java and python. Course curriculum in college is quite good , facilities taught us every aspect of these course and doesn't skip anything

Infrastructure of these college is quite good and beautiful, college library is very big , having sufficient books for every student opting book from library is quite simple. College conduct less sports activities for students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good and affordable for a student. Hostel provide 4 beded room to us.Mess menu is quite good and delecious according to the price range. Hostel registration Process is simple you have to contact hostel warden for further process

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

Admission for this college is simple , you have to qualify jee exam with minimum cutoff of 55percentile. Admission process take a lengthy time .. councling process takes more time.. i will suggest you to direct contact facilities get admission in less time with every eligibility.

Likes

The environment of KIIT is best for student as their are students from all over India you learn many things other than just your course.
The college life for the students at KIIT is awesome as the architecture of the university is designed for students to explore every possible thing required by any student.
The fest of KIIT is just best the students enjoy those days the most.

Dislikes

As for me their are no flaws that I can say I dislike in KIIT.

Placement Experience:

The placement was quite good. The one who is disciplined and willing to get placed and surely get placed and the total average was around six LPA and the highest package was 53 LPA, which was offered by the atlassian

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Have collabs with IBM, Samsung, Capgemini for RnD and NUS singapore , University of North Texas
Our college has hosted International Conferences like IEEE InGAARS 2025and Indocrypt 2025, where scientists had came from NASA, ISRO, all IITs, Foreign Universities, etc
Exposure is Good. The teachers here put efforts to teach and research. Unlike other colleges where teachers comes and roll out PPTs, here every teacher teaches on Board explaining everything properly

Dislikes

Few teachers speak in Odia accent, so it takes couple weeks to adjust
Campus is kind of small (36acres), but its good area for a IIIT, considering IIIT delhi is just 25 acres
3 occupancy hostels for 1st years (same goes for any other NIT/IIIT), but they have a option of single rooms from 2nd year

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

Teaching style of faculty is excellent and related to practical based

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

Krupajal engineering college is one of the best colleges in eastern India and it comes under the top 10 colleges in Odisha as well. I am from the general quota so I do not have any quoTa as well as I have not joined in management quota but there are provisions to take admission through management quota. It is an engineering BTech and diploma college. So one can take admission in diploma after completing 10th or in BTech after completing 12th or diploma. To get admission you have to crack jee exam and to get a good rank. Once we clear jee exam with a good rank we can apply for any branch in this college then the day when the result will be published if we get a chance to take admission in this college next procedure will be started. They will intimate all details and procedures about the admission through call and they will give 15 days to 20 days to gather all documents. Its was known for their mechanical engineering degree but after getting admitted to this college the whole scenario changed teacher started leaving the institution because lack of proper management and half paid salary at the end of final year the placement cell did not provide any proper guidance of placement instead they started taking money for admission process.i recommend that no one should take admission in this college.if you want to enjoy your engineering day and do not care about your degree then only you should take admission...Read More
