College Management is excellent. The management works with the concept as the Students.

We have been given around one month free for exam preparation (Revision). Revisions were conducted in this time for those who in need of it. 24×7 Faculty support was there during the Revision time. The college itself gives the training to be a better professional.

LEAD College provides 100% placement guaranteed MBA course at the college. College refunds the tuition fees if anyone the student who passed MBA graduation and did not place for a minimum salary of 3.5 lakhs. The college also provides internships at the time of the 4th-semester classes.

Every event such as Onam, Christmas, Ramadan, New Year etc at college. The college also hosts their biggest event named iLEAD the Leadership fest for the final year degree graduates. The college also volunteers many public events whether it is National or International.

The fee structure of the college is RS/-5,00,000. It has been increased to RS/-6,00,000 as the college has named as the top 4th business school in Kerala. RS/-1,15,750 will be the fee structure for per semester that including Tuition fee, Hostel and Mess fee, Uniform, Study Material, Industrial visit etc.

I have availed educational loan for my MBA graduation. I am sure that I could pay back the loan amount as soon as possible.

The campus life is so best at the college. There is no gender wise discrimination in the college. Currently, the gender ratio is around 3:2 as the boys comparatively little more than girls. The training programme from the Guinness world record holder Dr. Thomas George. Every student is allowed to participate in Management fest that is been conducted in all over India.

A better hostel facility is provided by the college. The hostel is very near to the Academic building of the college. A washing machine is provided for the students in the college hostel. A big room with a three-bed facility is provided in the hostel.

The Alumni association is very strong in the college. Alumni provide better support for the college for conducting various programs at the college.

An eligibility test named LET (LEAD Eligibility Test). It was conducted on 27th May 2018. The Admission process was very tough. A lot of candidates were eager to enter into the college through that test. Even though I managed to get selected for an MBA seat in this college.

The faculties are like brothers and sisters at LEAD. Faculties are the mentors of the students who are pursuing their MBA education at LEAD. 24×7 Faculty availability is provided at the college. The Faculty member is very well known in their teaching career.
