Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum basically follows the curriculum of IIT Delhi, our mentor institute.It is a nice and well planned curriculum. Most of the new technologies are updated in the curriculum from time to time.There are 4 set of exams per semester: class tests 1 , 2 , mis semester,and end semester.So basically each month you have some exams apart from one single month when you would be free.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are well of in the college . however for branches apart from CS and EE, the other students have to make more efforts to grab an internship. Majorly TCS, UPL,Microsoft ,Atlassian and other startups have come to take students for intership this year.
Placement Experience
For placement the students of 7th and 8th semester are eligible. Certain companies like TCS, Microsoft, Mahindra, Flipkart etc have taken students. Nearly 80 percent students usually get placement. However I plan to pursue higher studies after graduation.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee usually hikes by around 20 thousand for each upcoming batch.However hostel and mess fees remain same.Camous placement stats are also good as compared to recession season of other colleges.The Sc and St students have full tuition fee waiver.Apart from that students can also opt for scholarship provided for econocally backward students
Campus Life
Overall experience of the college is quite good.Yhe facility is quite modern and labs are well equipped with new machines.The students are given multiple opportunities and social clubs are also very active.Because of less students, the college now offers various opportunities to the students.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is mandatory for B.Yech students if they have enrolled themselves in the college. The mess food is normal and good. The facilities in the hostel are well off.There are pool tables, Table tennis tables inside the hostel premises.Washing machines , geysers , automatic light are also available.
Admission
Admission is done through JOSAA .you have to clear JEE Advanced to claim a seat. For boys , the maximum rank is around 19 thousand and for girls ,the maximum rank is around 27 thousand. Definitely the reserved categories are given more concession intbhw rank system.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio varies with the branch you have enrolled.Faculties are well to do and highly intellectual.Almost all of them have graduated from good international Universities.However the faculty,most of them are quite young .So may be a lack of experience can be a down point for them.Rest is fine.
