- The area where the college located, it is at the border of Delhi and Haryana
- Hostle is not proper maintained and infrastructure of hostel is poor
- Canteen food and maintainence of hygiene.
Course Curriculum Overview
First this curriculum was a 4 years, its still of 4 years but divided into 3 parts of 1.5 years each, and in the past only one paper a year but now we need to give 3 paper. Its actually good for us but also became very hectic due to regular paper. Its help us in revising all the time still have to work hard for the finals. And after internship, we can't get our degree unless we cleared the NEXT. Its really hard.
Internships Opportunities
Internship is of 1 year, 6 months in ayurveda and 6 months in modern. Stipend is of 15 thousand per month. We usually works in different departments. Groups made between students and according to the turn, they posted in different departments.
Fees and Financial Aid
1 year fee is around 1 lakh which includes tution fee and hostle fee. Scholarships are given to the stduents who are facing financial situations ofcourse under conditions. Fees is high but due to the flow of patients, students prefer this college. Faculties and doctors are good there.
Campus Life
Campus is big, good for evening walk. We usually celebrate all festivals, there are fests, freshers party, farewell party, Diwali party etc. There are many equipments used in Panchkarma department for the treatment of patients. Library have all kinds of samhitas related to charak, sushrata etc. No comics etc are available. There is no such clubs or activities are presemt here. Extracurricular activites are not so well developed here.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilitis are in poor condition. We currently living in apartments with poor condition. Rented places are in the village and of low and high with own benefits. Canteen are available but less students eat there. We usually use tiffin services even we dont like the food but still its necessary for the survival. No Aaro Water are available.
Admission
I got admission in this college. At that time, cut off for general is around 580, for OBC is around 540, SC and ST is around 410. Exams difficulty level changes everytime we cant guess that. Reservation benefits are available. Seats are reserved for OBC, SC, ST and Handicapped person. Improvement is to fast the admission process. Eligiblity is PCB in 12th then NEET then your marks depend upon question paper. College depend upon cut off and your marks.
Faculty
The faculty members are highly educated, the PGs under them are also have great potential and also a good teacher. Delievering lectures through smart board and ppts are great for all students. PGs are always ready to help out everywhere whenever we need them. Faculties always help students to find their actual potential of doing hard work.
