Entrance Preview

Best education in low fees.Proper guidance about studies.Nice education environment. friendly faculty with a student. the student can ask doubt any time. Good canteen, food, infrastructure, playing ground, transportation facilities. The good celebration of each festival. All students are also motivated to participate in festival and function to show their creativity in another field also.

Course Curriculum Overview

I think our course curriculum is required a little bit of improvement by providing practical knowledge to the student with a theoretical so that as an engineering student it will help the student a lot to understand the concept properly. And then it will be easy to remember the concept by a student.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, the stipend is around 4k-6k. The company which provides internship are mostly from Nearby GIDC in savli. Or else student are given permission for doing an internship at the company where want but the first student has to take permission from the company for an internship.

Placement Experience

Nice.for placement our clg TPO work hard for getting the best job opportunities for good students who want a good job to satisfy there financial and professional needs. The company is mostly for GIDC savli other than that companies for Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad are also coming for recruitment.

College Events

They celebrate every festival in clg starting from Kite festival to Christmas in the very innovative and creative way. In odd semester they organize a short 3-4 days event for students to show their creativity, skills, and innovation in a different field other than studies. In even semester there in Annual function celebration in this many events are done for student welfare. Good students are provided with the trophy of appreciation for there good academic scores in GTU external exams.

Fee Structure And Facilities

All middle-class students are feasible with KJIT fees structure.fees is based on the semester. There are extra fees charges for seminar and college library charges. There is also a transportation cost of the bus provided by the college. for fees structure, u can search college in GTUinfo for college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Sorry, but I don't know about any scholarship or loan that clg to the student. The student can take an education loan from the bank only. the student can take benefits of TFWS seats and national scholarships and MYSY provided by the government.

Campus Life

College is good as per study environment facilities other than that college student also take part in state and national sports competition. Also in Intercollege competitions. college provide all facilities to the student for transportation, goods for there need.

Hostel Facilities

The college has good hostel facilities for the college student at a reasonable cost. student form away cities district can take hostel facilities provided by the college. College provides good food and room facilities for students. The hostel has all facilities as in own house as of playing ground, garden, canteen, TV hall for students.

External Expense: Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the senior student is very helpful to junior students. Ragging is strictly prohibited by the institute. All students senior and junior take part in events and make the event more successful and happy.

Exam Structure

Good.KJIT is GTU affiliated college so the exam structure is as per GTU norms and rules. There are proper checking of the student not to cheat in exams for that each exam hall is provided with CCTV camera. In an exam, the student is relaxed during the exam because of pre-gtu revision test conducted by College.

Admission

Actually, I m a Diploma to Degree student so I got admission in KJIT through merit list by ACPC. I got 16.66 STPI IN diploma and there was competition at that time in getting admission in good clg like government and known university. Due to less stpi, I was not able to get admission in an above institution.so at last, I had only one option that is to admission in private college for BE which satisfy my needs financially, quality knowledge,& good job placement opportunity so I choose KJIT.

Faculty

Best faculty. They make student motivated, participative in each and every subject. All faculties for Degree student have Master degree in the particular subject and all faculties for Diploma has Bachelor as well as a master degree for known institution and university.

Likes

The campus is really well built and has good classrooms with air conditioners in every class ensuring student comfort.in
Decent facilities for extra curricular activities like sports and metro connectivity as well.

Dislikes

Same old rigid curriculum that is still being taught in Tier 3 engineering colleges through out the country
Some of the faculty even though they may be knowledgeable themselves, fail to deliver their thoughts in an efficient way to the students
Attendance criteria is relatively strict at around 80% on paper but you can still do with 70+ percentage.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

FROM 6 TH SEMESTER THE STUDENTS BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENT THE COMPANY THAT CAME FOR CAMPUS PALCEMENTS ARE INFOSYS,IBM,TCS ETC. THE HIGHEST PALCEMENT IS IN THIS YEAR IS 25 LAKH 95 PERCENT STUDENTS GET PLACED AFTER THE DEGREE IS WILL BEACOME A CORPORATE SLAVE

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

in the LD college placement is super till now because most of company same as other private college
infrastrure is quite good here all side greenary and animals all other.and many social activity happend

My Life at D.D.I.T

The campus life is great as the atmosphere it consquires is way better than the three experiences I have had at Maharaja sayaji rao university of vadodara, Vishwakarma government Engineering college and Parul University respectively. The atmosphere
The atmosphere cultivates studying and friendly competition Between the peers,it doesn't quench that competitive Nature and rather it amplifies it, also the boy girl ratio is good.
The faculties are the best, and it's not just me all the students feel that way as some faculty are from IITS and some are very experienced and have had decades of research experience in that field.

Dislikes

I think here you focus a lot more on studies rather than extra curricular activities so I think that can be improved
There are too many lectures in a day, conpared to my friends in svit I have around 2 hours worth more of lectures
The wifi and connectivity and there being counsellors is stated but it not implemented intensively

Placement Experience:

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.

IIT Gandhinagar from the eyes of a First Year

Likes

The Sports Complex is a major highlight of IIT Gandhinagar.
The Campus Amenities are top notch and it is a fully green Campus.
Faculties are Expert in their Respective Fields and teach very well.

Dislikes

The Course Load is very High and you will get very less free Time.
The Exams are quite challenging and you have to keep thinking out of the box.
Some lectures such as World Civilization and Cultures are very boring.

Placement Experience:

Placements this year have become better. 4th Years are sitting for Placements right now. Top companies include Infosys, Oracle, De Shaw, Nvidia, etc. All Data is available in the Placement Report which is available on the IIT Gandhinagar Website. Till May 4, 2024 69 % Students have been placed. I plan to go for a masters after my degree.

the discipline of VVPEC and strictness towards academic studies , ensures focused environment
the college encourages students through substantial scholarship of 25,000 INR for top student in each class to motivate.
well-equiped library facilities provide resources for research and learning

Dislikes

lack of emphasis on sports initiatives , less opportunities for physical activity and team spirit.
stringent policies limiting cultural events and less vibrancy in campus lifestyle
very limited option in canteen and limited space to hangout with friends .

Placement Experience:

from semester 6th , placements drive is begun talking about my course , Biotechnology engineering , there was NO PLACEMENT DRIVES. But our hod will definetly help in getting great jobs according to your requirement. And help in GATE exam preparation is very minimal , so one shall prepare it by themselves.

The campus life is so good and there are many clubs
As the faculty of technology and engineering MSU is best colleges so good placement opportunities
Infrastructure is also good labs are well maintained

Dislikes

Benches are very old and some are very poor for sitting it
Very shoretst ground as compared to other prestigious collage and also in other faculties
And i personally feel, recess time is so small period, students can not manage
