Remarks

Some Good Remarks- Our College help in Scholarships. Best fee structure. Best Infrastructure and advanced Labs. Well knowledge faculties. Some Bad Remarks- College does not provide hostel facility. College does not provide Internships.

Entrance Preview

Because This College is situated at the centre of the city and The Faculty of the college. The Labs are full of latest Instruments and machines. In this College sports coordinator is best. This College provide scholarship offer by the Government of India.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course contains almost all subjects along with all the necessary practicals according to latest technology around the world. Some extra activities like outdoor survey Especially I'm talking about Civil Engineering because I have taken admission in Civil Branch.

Internships Opportunities

No. Our College does not provide Internship. Since students have to go in Industry and talk to companies for Industry for Internship, this increase student's ability to speak in front of the senior.

Placement Experience

Best placements are provided by our College. Some of Leading Companies come to our College like Amazon, Wipro, TCS, Mahindra Tech, etc have offers job for the students with higher packages like 8 lac, 10 lac, 12 lac per annum. In my knowledge last year 60 percent of the students have placed.

Every year several small events are Celebrated like Techsaga, Aces, sports, and a big event is organised for our College students Called 'Celestial' is celebrated every year. All small events are Celebrated inviting other College students also but Celestial is celebrated for our College students only. This event is 4 days event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

According to other Colleges they are offering higher fee as compared to our College in the city. Our College is present in the Middle of City so our College's fees is some what higher as compared to colleges situated at outside the city. But the fees is feasible as compared to other colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am availing scholarship offered by Government of India and some Private NGO'S. Our College helps in filling forms and awareness about these Scholarships.

Campus Life

Campus is very Good as the College is situated at the centre in the City. In my Knowledge the gene ratio is near about 60 percent boys to 40 percent girls. Our College organise some extracurricular activities for different departments. Other college's students also come for competition.

Hostel Facilities

Our College does not provide hostel facility you have to rent a room or bed near College there are many different hostels are available offering best service at best price. The distance between some of the hostels are near about half a Kilometre to our College. They also offer Mess service for Veg And Non-Veg.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Our College's alumni network is very strong recently we have visited to NEERI with help of our one of the senior who is working in NEERI. Which is India's best research lab in Environment department.

Exam Structure

There are 10 subjects in the Semester including Practicals Internal or External. In the exam 80 marks of theory exam conducted by the University and 20 Marks Internals total 100 marks in one subject and practicals having total 50 marks 25 in Internal and 25 marks external.

Admission

I've got the admission in this College by merit list and an small interview. You have to score near about 175 marks total in PCM and You have to appear an entrance exams like JEE and MHCET ETC. Then I've applied for this College short listed. I've got call from this College and I took Admission in the college.

Faculty

Faculties are best. HOD'S are PHD Holder. All facilities have Industrial Knowledge too because it is very Necessary Since students also go for Industries. Well knowledge about their subjects. They have practical knowledge too. Some of them go as Expert Lecturer in other College.

Honest review if you wanna opt for this college

Likes

The girls to boy ratios is good, we get to see all girls equal contributing in the college
The faculty is good, they are very helpful and give good guidance
The boys and girls common room is good to get together with friends to chill and study

Dislikes

Faculty being good they are sassy and might ignore for a time to teach you that not everything will be entertained
The principal is kinda rude and his speech is too long
Well other activities like sports isn't support properly

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students are eligible for placement Companies visited are tcs and few others i don't remember their names The average package is 5 lpa and the highest is 13 lpa Mostly 80-90% of students gets placement as they do a placement training for us amd prepares us for the placement exams and interviews and all My personal plan is to go abroad for higher studies but i am going to sit for placement if i get good package then i might not go to abroad for higher studies

Likes

The campus of the college is vast with a natural environment
Many facilities like library, sophisticated labs, and classrooms are provided by the college
The Teachers cover each and every point of the syllabus and guide the students.

Dislikes

The syllabus is a little bit outdated, that is some points in the syllabus may seems boring and not applicable in the real world.
The Teachers should use the right techniques for teaching which makes the students more engaging in the class.
The menu of the canteen must contain some health option in a budget friendly way.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

I really liked the infrastructure of the college its very nice and has good environment .
DPCOE is famous for its sports , it has massive turf where kids of 4 to 5 age has their matches
Also i like my department , as i am an automobile engineering we need most practical knowledge , this college offers a big workshop just for us an also yearly event for automobile students . Also clubs are there which has reputation of national rank

Dislikes

I kind of felt that faculty can be biased sometimes also do not care what and how we want to study .
Watchman can be little rude sometimes , also informing that their are exam coming in next week are to be informed at leat 10 days before. I have a suggestion of preparing acadamic calender of year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

College campus, it is big, not much conjusted, good nature friendly
Freedom upto some level, no uniforms, no ID compulsion unless it is an exam
Events,every now and then there are events in college, cultural club is also too good here👍

Dislikes

Faculty is not much well qualified or well trained I would say
Hectic curriculum, boring schedules and quite unlivable
Labs and classrooms are too old, infrastructure is very old

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student,and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

Campus is huge but is mostly empty need of development.
Need of infrastructure and sports facility for students.
Need of contact no. Of emergency contact of the staff.

Placement Experience:

I talk with most of the senior and faculty and placement cell start of 3 rd year you will get internship opportunities and and in 4 th year you will get placement opportunity. But senior told me off campus placement preparation must be go on you will find good opportunity. Highest package is 12 lpa and average is 4 lpa is good for freshers.

I like my college building,classes,labs.
Canteen is good.it provides good quality food.
Library is best. Very nice management and staff

Dislikes

Canteen is good but they must increase their staff.
Class should be sound proof.noice from outside disturbs.
Stationary staff should be increased and price should be decreased.

Placement Experience:

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Accenture,Wipro, Microsoft, HyperVerge have visited college. In 2020 highest package was 30 lac per annum by Amazon. Last year only 40% students got the placement. I am planning for competitive exams after degree.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

Hello, The infrastructure of the college is top class.
Their are multiple events in the college every month.
The faculty of the college are also well experienced as well as very friendly.

Dislikes

There are no AC in all the class only some of the class have AC

Placement Experience:

The placement percentage in my college is nearly 70-80%. The minimum package offered is 2.5 LPA and the highest is nearly 33 LPA . The average package is 4-5 LPA. Many companies vists are college as our college is NAAC accredited which has a grade of A+.

This college is nearly from my residence and i heared many things from beginning about this college some good and some bad but the college is actually educating and provide education as it has to provide. I applied only for this college because i aim to comlete my degree and take some theoretical knowledge. Which they are providing. But there are more colleges which are providing more better placement and campus but i like to learn and not to distract. The admission process is not so complexed we can take provisional admission in such branches which are so crowded but in AI or CS and all branches cap allotment system. College for middle class students who can't afford expensive college

I didn't choose this college, it was destiny and I am not that rich. The addmission process was simple i have to crack CET exam and I got some good percentile of that I had around 85 percentile but I couldn't have applied to other colleges because the good colleges are far from my home and there fees are also high. For example if I have applied to GH raisoni I have to pay over 80000 fees and the rest will be scholarship but here I pay 48000 that's the difference it doesn't matter if you have studied hard got good marks the college you decide is always on the basis of money and fees Thats why I am stuck here...Read More

10th pass ,12th from PCM/PCMB the cutoff for admission is very low , it goes up to 60-65 percentile for branches like CSE and AIDS , whereas for Lower branches it sticks to 30-40 percentile or even low .
