Course Curriculum Overview
My course has a duration of 3 years and it is divided into 6 semesters. Each sem, along with 3 months of theoretical studies, we also have internships that lasts 3 months. This is one of the main reasons why i chose this course. This helps us to gain experience and knowledge about our field and prepares us for real world applications when we take jobs in the field related to the course. I don't think there is any need for improvement in the course curriculum and the teaching methods area also great. The exams have the right levels of difficulty and their timing and frequency are also well organised
Internships Opportunities
The college offers internship opportunities in each sem to improve our practical knowledge about our course related field. Popular companies like Maruthi Suzuki, Mahindra, Jeep provided us with internships opportunities. We were not given any form of stipend.
Placement Experience
The college offers placements in the most prestigious companies. Students are eligible for campus placement once the course has finished. The course provides high scope for employability because it is based on a very popular field. My plan is to get enough experience un my field and then go abroad for better job opportunities
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees is constant throughout the entire duration of the course and there hasn't been any record of such hikes. The complete cost of my education is around 57000 which is reasonable considering how good the course is. There are scholarships available for students with low income which can cut down the fees by half. Our management also has promised us about having campus placement where best companies will be present amd provide us with job opportunities according to our potential
Campus Life
My overall experience with campus life has been pleasant. Alk major festivals like Onam, Christmas are celebrated. There is also an annual day during which numerous programmes and competitions are held. The library has all the books and journals needed for students to improve their knowledge about a certain topic and clear their doubts. The books are also easily accessible. The classes are fairly simple and straightforward in terms of facilities and technological provisions
Admission
The admission process was clean and transparent. We were all called to attend the college on the admission day with the required documents. All the application forms were handed out by the staff. My only complaint is that the admission process took a bit longer than we expected
Faculty
The faculty is experienced well prepared. There has never been a issue with shortage of faculty members. The faculty is well qualified in all aspects and have experience and knowledge about what they are teaching. Their approach to teaching is take time and make sure that the understand the topic thoroughly We can interact with the teachers and clear our doubts or problems whenever they are free. The teachers are friendly, understanding and make sure all our problems are cleared
Interview Experience
No, i didn't face any GD, interview or written test for the admission. The criteria for admission was to be a 10th pass and the process was simple. We provided all the required documents and paid the fees once our eligibility was confirmed. The admission process was very straightforward
