Likes

Surrounded by greenaries, friendly staffs,good campus with all the basic facilities like lone tennis, basketball, volleyball, Futsal, badminton, table tennis,carrom,chess, cycling,etc
It's an advantage for the students from all the noises because the college is located in midst of greenaries with running water supply and fresh air
The college with well equipped with the basic needs of the students that are a must for the students to excel in their academics

Dislikes

The canteen provides different types of foods and items but the price of the items are expensive comparing to those of the other restaurants and hotels
The basketball court needs some maintenance as well as the volleyball court

The sazolie College is one of the first college in nagaland to provide bachelor's degree in psychology and the college has the best teacher comparing to the other college in terms of their teaching and the way they approach to their students. The college in well equipped with the books and the teaching faculty the college also need to keep an eye on the latest book and should provide the material to the students and teachers with the latest information and material

Fees and Financial Aid

The college is quite expensive comparing to the other college's the fees keep on increasing yearly. one may spent around 4 to 5 lakhs for 4 yrs course The college also provide free admission to the toppers and free admission to 1 individual student from jotsoma The college does not provide any placement or jobs after the completion of the course

Campus Life

The college have different kinds of festivals that in celebrated in the college campus like, freshers day, farewell day, graduation day, world mental health day, cultural day, sports week, inter college debate competition,ASU meet,etc. The library is well equipped with the latest magazine and newspaper And also well equipped with all the books and reviews The classroom are clean,neat, tidy and are equipped with projector and boards The college have different clubs like eco club, photography club,red ribbon club, cultural club, literary committee, students council,etc.

Admission

One is eligible to take admission in sazolie College after the completion of his/her 12th from any recognised board One can take admission through online mode or from the college The admission form is 300 rs There is no reservation it is first come first basis There is no need of collecting money for the admission form One must get the admission form without any amount of money

Faculty

The faculties are quiet educated with their masters and PhD degrees They are responsible in their duty and teaching and trends to give their best towards the students As a student one can approach any of the teachers and share his/her thoughts. They are all friendly and understanding

Stories that entail the life of a Youth

Likes

My college hosts various department fests and programmes to showcase the talents and enhance the students' confidence , abilities and personality and moreover uphold the cultural identity of the Naga people and share knowledge to one another .
So far I have experienced a peaceful and well disciplined environment , with plenty of opportunities to interact with students belonging to other departments which goes to show that the campus life in our college is fun and exciting
The professors who have taught me are all well qualified and endeavours to not only instill the students with knowledge but also wisdom .The college infrastructure is well equipped with projectors and labs for the students .

Dislikes

The students of our college bears the burden of selling tickets for lottery and frequently providing money for collection which I think is excessive and needs to be reduced .
The Student Council doesn't have much power when it comes to negotiating the rules of the college ,meaning to say that the authorities' decisions are final and not flexible enough.
The roads which lead to our college is neglected and needs to be repaired as it threatens the life of the students travelling by vehicles .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I took covers national and internaltional curriculums and is well versed and up-to-date .So far I have learned the wroking the the world economy and how amd why nations maintain economic relaltions. I hope to see more practical works for the students so that we can apply the knowledge we have learnt which will further help us prepare for the future.

Likes

I like the place its quite and peaceful perfect for college
There are different types of people with different aims and dream which is cool to get to know them individually
The professor here in this college are very good in their teachings

Dislikes

The water scarcity and improper lights most of the times
High prices of items in canteens and commercial shops
The amount of fines they collect sometimes

I chose this course because i have strong interest in this subject and I believe this course will help me achieve my career The timing for exams in our college is 1hour or 45 mins I don't think there's any suggestions for improvements with the course that im taking so far so good

St Joseph's College review

Likes

St Joseph's College is a very friendly environment with no ragging in the college. Everyone is very friendly with each other
There are many activities which makes it fun and interesting for all the students and everyone can participate

Dislikes

For the introverts they seem to have a hard time when it comes to events and festivals as there aren't much room for them to stay alone
But overall I don't think there's anything that makes us dislike this college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ever since I was a kid I was always interested in studying history. Infact it was my favourite thing to study. I took up this course because It's fun to study history. As an aspirant taking up history helps me to be more aware of the dates and names for the competitive exams. I think there are no improvements or changes to be made in this course as the lectures teaches so well. If you are taking history as your honors then I suggest you to study everyday and not wait for the last moment as this course is very vast and not easy for one night preparation

Give and take

Likes

I like the things here in tetso college is the infrastructures
The college provides many great opportunities for the students
There's so many compound for chill out and have a great time with the fellow mates

Dislikes

The things I don't like about this college is quite impressive because the chickpea so called (channa wala) they allowed them to enter in the college campus and sells their products
So many extra-curricular activities also initiated which seems to be avoided
The eating stuffs in the canteen is quite costly which also marks the negativity

It perfectly aligns with my interest and relevance because whichever I chose the papers were by decisions only and it goes preety well with my future exams and productive .they organises various elections for the department of political science and contest elections and also a part of future leaders

A world in college

Likes

I liked that there are many programs and functions.
There are many good facilities in the college and many are underway too
There are also many opportunities given to the students and many collaborations between many colleges and universities in abroad and there are many place made for us to hangout without rush

Dislikes

We…it is obviously expensive especially here in nagaland
There are many fines and collections. If you are absent in the first day than you get a fine . And the fine is quite high especially fi a student
There are many opportunities however not for evereoor might I say the general people. It is not the college fault but …just wanted to put out

I'm not sure why I chose this course but yeah I did.....what I am able to tell you is that I was quite a little pushed by people saying that this course would be more important incase I wanted to pursue further studies outside or wanted to appear for civil services .some of the improvements I would like to bring for this curriculum is it would have been better if we were made to study more practically.. maybe bringing some practical learning woul have helped rather than only studying in theory.It would also have been better if the teaching was based on how he/ she wanted the students would have made proper connection rather than being too serious at all times.and I would also have loved it if they would not ask random questions to Radom studies albeit their reluctance I know you want to engage but it makes the students not want to attend the class..... rather you can ask questions and the ones interested can answer you or you can continue on with your class after clarifying your answe

My experience in tetso college

Likes

I liked the infrastructure!! it’s pretty and they provide elevators and cafés for students and the staff
The classroom is spacious ! And we have TV in every classroom
The teachers are friendly and they teach pretty good

Dislikes

The fines !! Always taking fine from the students

Actually i chose my course because i am interested in history And also I didn't expect to choose my minor as mass com but it turned out pretty interesting I like that my confidence level is going up after I joined this college The exam timing is okay (3 hours )but sometimes it's not enough so don't waste time

There are so many things I love about Tetso college. One of the best thing I love will be the great infrastructure.
Another will the qualified teacher and assistant professor. The college provides the best qualified teachers for the students

Due to private college it is very strict

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive covering a wide range of topics and subjects which are very much essential for the academic as well as for the real world applications. The course not just provides the theoretical knowledge but also practical skills through internships which helps the students with professional careers and further studies. The frequency and timing of exams are well structured which also allows an ample amount for time for the preparation. Overall, the course curriculum is generally well-structured.

Remarks:

It's packed with the best faculty and also it's the nearest college from where I stay. It has an amazing environment and noise pollution free. It's easy to find transportation also. The college has a lot of extra curriculum activities and provides even counseling. I took up Sociology because I grew up believing I would become a social worker. The college has also produced a good number of toppers and is considered one amongst the most cleanest college in Kohima.
