Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very well structured and developed over the years by many experienced professors. The course is very thorough and well versed and covers almost all the topics and fields that may help us in the future in whatever field we go. There's an exam almost every month(mid-sem)

Internships Opportunities

The intenship opportunities of this college is not very good. Almost all students had to search for off-campus internships and the college didn't bring many internship opportunities in-house. But there is industrial training opportunities which is paid.

Placement Experience

There is good placement opportunities in this college. But this year due to the recession in the field, the placements very average. This years batch is only 60% placed. And college is ot making much efforts to help the remaining students. The average package is around 3-4lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

An estimated total fees that I've paid for the 4 years of my B.Tech CS is around 5 lakh which includes all tution fees and exam forms and course registrations, industrial training etc. Scholarships and financial aid is available but they are not for everyone.The eligibility of scholarships and financial aid is mentioned on the college website

Campus Life

The student life of this college is very good and interesting. There and many clubs and various events are organised over the year. The main annual fest of the college'Moonstone' is one of the best fest. There are many activities and fests during moonstone

Admission

At the time of my admission, the eligibility for the courses were 12th marks and jee mains marks. The application forms and all other details and documents are available on the official website of medi-caps university

Faculty

The number of students in each batch are being increased at a very high rate which is not beneficial for students as the teachers cannot give attention and interact with all the students very well. Although the teachers are very good and knowledgeable yet increasing the number of students per batch is degrading the level of college

IIIT Bhopal Campus and Placement Review

Likes

I liked the college environment as it is currently running under Manit campus.
I like the fests organised by the internal student community at frequent time.
I like the teaching way of my HODs like how well they educate our students.

Dislikes

I dislike that our college doesn't have its own campus.
I disliked that there is still some lack of labs for the students for their practicals.
Also some seniors take a little ragging but it's banned in our college and if found then a strong action might be taken on the guilty.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Bhopal Placement are very good as compared to other private colleges and also as compared to its NiRF ranking. In ece it's around 15 lakhs, for cs its around 22 lakhs and for it it's around 13- 15 lakhs. This the average package which I have discussed.

Vidhyapeeth college will give you the best opportunity to have been placed about 4 to 6 lack package we have got if we are good in academics and have practical knowledge of the subject and have deep knowledgeable.

My college experience has been satisfied.The college provide a dicilled academic environment.

Dislikes

College infrastructure is good but need aware about to clean washrooms of college and need maintaince in lab.This is irrectculas.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my opinion I chose this course because my some family members are also do this course and his placement is good in this sector how much he thinks he gets . Therefore I do this course and his placement in our city this is also quite enough to chose this course and mainly I didn't score good marks in jee to get other branches this is also one of region.

Greenery, cleanliness, supporting faculty
Social interactions is quite good between seniors and juniors very supportive seniors

From 3rd year that is 5th sem students become eligible for campus placements and there are many companies that came in campus placements and also there should be cgpa more than 7.5 . My plans after getting degree is startup

Likes

The clubs in the college are good. There are specific club for coding , for robotics, for music and dance.
The placement in the college is also good . If you give some efforts then you will get a good placement.
The curriculum and syllabus of the college is up-to-date and industry oriented.

Dislikes

The college did not have its own campus, so currently it regulates from inside MANIT.
The girls to boys ratio is very poor. In my batch there are only 18 girls among 650 students.
The fees of the college is also very high

Placement Experience:

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

My Best College life At Amity University

Likes

I just love the college infrastructure and the environment.
The supportive faculty members and mentor.

Dislikes

The attendance system is very strict and there is mandatory to have 75% attendance in each subject.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. Major companies that visited our campus included TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, and Capgemini. The highest package of our batch is 20 LPA, while the average package for CSE students ranged between 4-6 LPA.

No strict policy for maintaining 75% attendance criteria but you should maintain at least of 60%
No dress code you can wear casual dresses to in the class but you will have to wear formals only in

Dislikes

The class length is very high and there are 80 students In a class in the class size is small and congested
The infrastructure is very bad as it won't providing basic necessity

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college are decent as the average package is of 6.5 LP which is good as compared to the fees you are paying almost 90% of a students gets placedd from here the companies including TCS and Wipro come here

My college is good and the placements and the package is also good
College campus they are beautiful nature
Faculty are very sportive and my batch mentor sir in very sportive

Washroom and not in well conditions and watercolor is also not working
College timeing because the time is not fixed

The college student are eligible for placements when they are in 8 the sem because my mtech course is 5 years and when student clear the 7 the sem they are eligible for set in placements and The college placements are good and the highest package is 1corore12 lakh and the average packages is 6 to 7 lakh

Placement Experience:

Placements in college are quite good if we compare them with other similar state government engineering colleges. It has a separate TPO (training and placement office) cell which helps students in their placements. Some quite good companies like TCS and Wipro visit the campus for placements. Around 40% of students get placed every year. The highest being 11 LPA. Core competencies the lowest 3.5 LPA salary offered in IT sector companies. Reliance, LNT, Infosys were the top recruiters. Every year students go for internships in BHEL NTPC etc. Companies ( around 30%) Other 70% students go for local transmission plant as the internship is compulsory for everyone. Students organize cultural activities.

Honest review on Academics and Campus Life in Medicaps University

I was also selected in vit bhopal but due to some personal reasons I was not able to take it . But I think medicaps is a better option than vit vellore as the location is well connected to the main city and proximity to majority of facilities which is not available in vit. Also as a day scholar it was easy to reach here because of good bus facility by university. Admission process is very simple in MU, you can apply directly by visiting the campus admission cell and completing some formalities. The selection criteria is simple and can get computer science easily if you have 75% or above in boards. There is no as such strict counselling process to get admission . You can also appear in MUSAT exam to get admission but I didn't appear in it....Read More
