Likes

Conditions of the library is very good in the college.
Faculties behavior towards students are very good.
NCC is very active in the collage and achieved many national camps.

Dislikes

Only volleyball team get support from the college.
After class students are not allowed to stay in the college.
Lack of maintenance in infrastructure in college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The main reason for choosing Political Science is that it is very interesting subject and International Relations is also incuded in the syllabus. It is very useful for those who appearing for any government service exams especially IFS.

Campus placement is provided in the college. From 4 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement. Bajaj, Mahindra, ICICI are some of the institutions visited for campus placement. Average package is 180000 and highest package is 300000.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no specific tution fee for this course in this college. During the admission time Rs. 5000 needed to be paid. Also every semester there will examination fee less than Rs. 500. State level scholarships are available for OBC, SC, ST students.

Campus Life

The overall experience in the campus is average. Because the campus is very small. There is no freedom to sit freely after class. The library is very good. There is no hostel facility in the college. Only sports students get hostel. Every year they conduct 5 days sports, arts day and college day.

Admission

The eligibility for applying for this course is higher secondary (+2). Anyone who passed +2 can join this course. The application form can be found in single window site of kerala government. There is advantage for OBC, SC, ST students.

Faculty

There is 3 faculties in dept. Of Political Science. All of them have completed PhD. Thery are very good at teaching and have good behavior towards students. Students can approach them at any time for any doubts.

A practical choice with quality education

Likes

Firstly i likes the campus its very beautiful and naturally buided
Second i love the central library of our college its amazing.
Third i like the infrastructure of our college its perfectly balanced.

Dislikes

I didn’t like the restroom of our college its good not perfect one.
Second I didn’t like the some classroom its very old model.
Third I didn’t like the bathroom structure its not good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculam as moderatly relevent and fairly good .which is one of the main reason i choose this course . And i am very passionate about history teaching method and i want to become a history teacher these was the main reasons i choose the course.

the university is eco friendly and supports sustainable development and has better infrastructure and high technological facilities and equipments
the university has well qualified facility and experienced staffs which is very good for the peers
the university has lots of solar panel which is very important to maintain sustainable development it also saves electricity

Dislikes

as well it is a developing university there are lot of construction works taking place around so the sound of these works are bit noisy
the transportation facility in the university for hostel students are not working properly and staffs who drive the buggies does not pick up the students until they ask them to
as the university is placed in a hill top it is difficult for most of the students to reach here and also it is a rural area so it has its own limits

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching,the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Actually this course is a better choiche for those who wants to be a teacher in English. Because it gives us dual degrees which normally takes a time period of 6 to 7 years to complete. So it is really good course

My college has a tradition of 103 years of legacy
The campus is very clean and tidy and provide a green scenery
The building in the old model is the most beautiful.

Dislikes

Being an old building, there is no technological development
Seminar halls are not available in all departments.
Hostel time restriction has been placed. That is why it is difficult to be a student

With a strong network of industry connection, the actively facilitates internship, job placement and workshop. Sheethal mam is incharge of placement cell. This university is entirely based on art and culture for getting admission here I gave an aptitude test and then interview. Total marks for both was 75 50 for test and 25 for interview.. questions were basic if we used your analysis power.

Eligibility is the person should opt science stream in plus two. You can find the application form in mg university since this college is affiliated to mg university application date and fee may vary from time to time. And it costs only around 1000 and I think now June July will be the the time for application. The students in the reservation category will be able to get a lot of benefits particularly fee consession. Exam fees, application fees, everything will be less than other students.
