Reality Check

The reason of choosing BBA over other course is because it gives us the theoretical knowledge about Management and Business which makes our base ready for pursuing MBA. The BBA will not prepare us for the real world you have to take internships if you want work experience. The curriculum needs to be improved I think some of the Units are out dated and not necessarily needs to be studied. The exams are all theory based, in the end semester 75 out of 100 marks are given in written exam and 25 marks as internal. The difficulty level of end semester exams are moderate and you have to prepare well to score good.

Campus placement is really concerning in whole BBA department. First of all you should not take admission in the BBA if you are planning to get campus placement. It is not the whole fault of college but the course also doesn't make us industrial ready. Companies like Asian Paints, Globusoft, Tata Motors, Mahindra, etc. are major job givers. The Minimum package is 1.5LPA which goes upto 4-5LPA. Out of 100 only 10 students will be placed with good packages otherwise 50-60 will get low level packages. The only way to get campus placement is to develop your skills, personality and doing internships for industry view. My plan after completing the course is to do a MBA in Finance because I love that Field.

The fees of BBA is 15000 per semester or 30000 Annually. But, for me they have given discount and my fees is current 13350 per semester and 26700 for annually and for my batchmates who got late admission they don't get any discount. The fees is same for SC-ST/GENERAL/OBC

If you have right people around you then your campus life will be amazing you'll love to attend classes regularly, other than that the fests like Garba Night, Freshers, Celebrity Night, Carnivals, you'll be going to love these things for sure. For sports persons who love to play sports i am sorry but sports is the most neglected thing in our college. Only one day small event is organised for sports after carnival. There is no such social groups, clubs are present in our department.

There are two more options other than RCST one is KK Modi and the Other one is SSPU, the reason for not choosing SSPU is because there is less strenght in the course and less like minded individuals also the campus is not that good. The reason for not Choosing KK modi is because it is far from my home and only the 1 batch is passed out since today from there. So, i have little trust issue thats why I choose RCST over these two colleges

The faculty of our college need to improve their teaching style they just want us to memorize theory without focusing on the practical applications they just want you to attend classes and complete their assignments on time. Only Narendra Singh (HOD), and Mr. Anjaneya (Dean) have good way of teaching and only they are approachable if you need any sort of help. There are 3 type of exams Mid term, Pre semester and End semester exams. The mid term exams happen 2 times, and pre semester 1 time before end semester. All exams excluding End semesters are easy and you can even pass by just studying 1 night before but for End semesters you have to be well prepared
