- Too tight schedule and no special relief in extreme case like very bad weather, heavy rain or something.
- Rules are too strict for a college. There were less restrictions in school then.
- Infrastructure is small you cant guess wheater it is college or not at first sight.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course i chose includes AIML Field. AI is trending nowadays and there would be most probably big scope in AI and machine learning Mid term exams are harder then end term exam. So we are basicay already trained for final exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
Current fees for new admissions are 1,06,000. For NRI Quata it is rs.1,50,000 As for scholarship there are free seat -tfws l(tution fee waiver scheme) for 4 5 top students and they are chosen without any criteria of caste and just only by their ranking of 12th and CGPI Of diploma. Onother scholarship is mukhyamantri yuva swavlamban yojana for which eligibility is to have score of more than 80 pr in 12th. In this scheme we get 50% of the tution or rs50,000 whichever is greater.
Campus Life
Our college is not much of non technical events. Though technical events like seminar, hackathons are conducted in a while. For non technical events once small food fest was organized. Cultural events like different day celebrations (bollywood day, traditional day, formal day) are organized every year. There is no sports activities ij my college but we have to do to our parent colleg LJ University which is more far then our college and most probably time slots are never matched as our attendance is count as absent despite of participation in own parent college's event. Library: there are two libraries. One is genral and onother is soecially for reading and borrowing books. There is strictly prohibition of talking or any noic in rading library only whereas there is lots of voices you xan hear in general library. In reading library, we can easily find books related to our subject. We can also find books with topics rather then study like economics and more. Our lab has sufficient syst
Hostel Facilities
Rooms are neat and clean. Worker does come for cleaning everyday for lobby. There is accommodation for 5 in single room. Two fans andfive beds are given. There are 4 big lockors and 4 small locker attached to walls. There is no personal bathroom and toilette. Meal: There is 3 times meal provided by hostel. It is included in fees only which is 65000 prr year. The taste is good and of course it is for our health and that is healthy for us. Admissions: Our hostel is funded by trustees of our cast. So admissions are allowed for those only who are same as our cast. For admissionswe have to fill up admission form or renewal form. Then merit is declared and we get notified if we are eligible for admission.
Admission
I applied in CU Shah Government college, indus, sal etc. I got admission in tfws quota in indus in first round of acpc admission process. But in second round It got seat in new lj with GTU University. Gtu is well reputated then other private university. And college was well known for education also. A relative which is in education field also recommended that GTU Would be better and New LJ Engineering college is good for teaching.
Faculty
Facilty members are kind, easy to communicate. Amongst all faculty I likes lectures of Prfessor Bhaumik Ghelani as i think he was best proffesor who understood his student most. Exam system consists of two mid semester and one final semester exam. For mis exam, they are both of 60 marks and final exam is of 70 marks.
