Course Curriculum Overview
The course is mainly of 5 yr duration degree in which each semester we have 6 papers and a design subject.Enhanced design criteria concept evaluation site defferentiation etc like components are discussed during the academic purpose and it is effectively implimented during the course period .On the 8 th semester according to calicut university curriculum it is the internship period of six months duration and by the 10 th semester it is the thesis in which you need to accompany the 4 yrs practical and theoraticla knowledge of archituctural study to one form of design with your best participation in it.
Internships Opportunities
Internship oppertunities for achitectural students are been placed outside by students protfolio profficiency and not by college placement.Othe depatrtments like engineering arts and science is getting palcement by many outside companies for their job.
Fees and Financial Aid
Per year the fee structure is 1 lakh and the miscalleneous fee may vary by 1000 every 2 year .Additionally exam fees lab fees will be around sum upto 3000 for the management quota students.For merit quota fee may vary accordingly and scholorship oppertunities are more as well by the state board and central board like merit cum need scholorship for sc and st etc.Apart from this, semester exam fees will be need to be paid by every semester during exam registration in the university.
Campus Life
Mny club organisations are been on going like fm radio,music club,sports club,arts club etc.Smart claasrooms with enough furniture and storage support is been provided in each claas room.Tournaments is been frequent.Cultural events like bloom of with all nehru students,malhar with engineerig law and architecture stude nts,symposium of architurual students, nisite of engineering deparments etc is been conducted to bring out students ultra talents.
Admission
I JUST CAME TO THIIS COLLEGE BY MANAGEMENT QUOTA AS MY UNCLE IS BEEN IN THIS COLLEGE FOR PAST 5 YRS LEADING AS FACULTY IN AERONAUTICAL DEPARTMENT.I also got opportunitiies from othe rcolleges but came up to this by ensuring security nad safety concerns
Faculty
The faculties are enough in the college and therby ensure good support for us .They helps in ignite creativity and passion in their students,pushing them beyond conventional designs.Teachers like Ar.Krl Max sir nd sandhya mam were so much profficient and experienced faculties which provide moral support and educational support for us in every aspects.Course mainly focuses on exams two series exams per semester addition of two assignments for teh internal marking and by the en d of the semester university emas will be conducted.Structure baesd subjects like dos and tos may feel little bit diffficult but it is easy to get passed by faculties like Er.Akhil sir and Er.Vismaya mam.Course fouces on history, design details ,building material and construction etc like subjects in every semester.There is a design subject in every semester in which jury will be conducted and if we fail on that we will behaving an in year back,all other papers can be reappiled for supplimentary pexaminations also
