Likes

Good programs like union day ,arts day ,sports day ,skill hub ,iedc ect
Good faculties especially in chemistry department
Now the college become mixed (girls and boys)

Dislikes

Exams are bit conjested in setting time table
Accadamic calander is not favourable for students

The course is bit intresting as it deals with various chemicals and their behaviour in real life and its intresting and challenging We can also explore a vast world of science Their is a great job opertunities for chemistry students

Their are intership opertunities in the college Either provided by the department or we can choose it out selfs Department provide essential support for the intership CFSE Cippet NIIST BARC IIT IISER IIS

The placement opertunities are vast in sb college The company like assenture MRF icc bank federal Bank Asian paints and more are offering their placement for students Around 220 students got placed Their a good support for placement through placement cell

Fees and Financial Aid

For ug degree it's around 12000 for aided course and their are extra fees for lab exam and other during even semester around 1500 including even semester For the pg the initial payment is around 18000 Msc and Bsc course are aided in sb college Hostel mess fees is around 4500

Campus Life

Campus Life is very good than we expect Hostel Life is more better and intresting Their are so many socialy involving activities and clubs like NSS NCC CHASS IEDC SARGAKSHETRA their are separate class for social awareness and Medicare

Admission

Once a berchmanite always a berchmanite I completed my degree in same college The ambiance of the college is great The fee structure is affordable for aided students College is having good naac accredation and all india nirf ranking is 54

Faculty

The faculty are of high education Aravind sir and Renjith sir in department of chemistry having a great teaching methods Labs are good with all kind of facilities and their are research labs with PhD opertunities Their are mainly 3 exam in 1 semester including sem exam And their are a total of 4 yr in ug and 2 yr in pg

Night Life

Their no night life in sb college It's only possible for hostel students who stay in hostel inside the campus The only drawback of the college is about the night life in college Their are gym including open gym their is 3 cafeteria inside the campus with good food The library is really big and vast The famous hangout place in college is pulimarachood

Likes

The college ambiance is good and green campus and plastic free
Lot of plants are trees are situated in the campus
The campus maintain the rules and regulations of the campus

Dislikes

In my course the qualified teachers are not allowed
Very less programmes are available in the college,
The canteen is not well developed and ambiance is poor

Curriculum of my course is good it covers all about the subject and its give a good knowledge about the subject and the teaching method and the hours of a topics also good. But the syllabus is not good for the timely complition.

Unforgettable Memories

Likes

Good atmosphere and good building. Play ground is very big.
Students are very respective. We are going to study tours.
Visit students houses. Participating in our classmates marriage function.

Dislikes

College is so far from bus stop. In a strange area
No canteen in the college compound. Water availability isbless
So many steps to reach in my classroom. Auto availability is less

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is beneficial to those students are need more knowledge. Curriculum is relevent to higher education and other competitive exams. It is back bone of all students those study well. Nice course

Admission:

Amar college takes admission merit wise criteria. Aggregate marks obtained at 10 + 2 or equivalent are taken into consideration while preparing the merit list for each course. Applications for admission are accepted in online as well as offline mode. After acceptance application for admission one has to go through a short interview before finalisation of the admission. Being an over 35 years old college in the district it is known for the quality of its education.

Positive Remarks: 1) Good placement opportunities 2) Gives plenty of internship opportunities 3) Good faculties 4) Gives updated courses 5) Helps to learn new things Negative Remarks : 1) Faculties uses their juniors to complete portions before exams

St.Berchamns College: Where Education Meets Opportunity

I chose not to enroll in one of the college near to the are that is Saintgits college due to its higher fees. Additionally, the facilities in the college as noted in variouse google review semmed less impressive.
