- The thing I liked about this campus is about its greenery. Its a large campus which is vast with different animals ,plants and many trees .It has many areas to explore.
- Christ university's faculty members are known for their strong academic background and industry experience. Here the faculty is very supportive and often employ interactive teaching meathods.
- This next thing I liked about this campus is it conduct many program which includes sports events, academic events , winter fest ,art fest and many more.
Dislikes
- the thing i dislike is about the outside of christ university kengeri campus as its road is ver traffic and is very difficult to cross the highway road as there is no crossroad.
Course Curriculum Overview
The cirriculum is designed to prepare students for real world applications by including project based learning ,case studies and internships.The university has strong ties with the tech industry ,and students get opportunities to intern tech companies. The exams are conducted in way as the they test us not in the final exam but during the academic year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yeah its decent. initially for first year during admission time,i paid the fees for the first year. Tution fees is approximate 2 to 2.5 lack per year as it includes tuition fees ,registration fees ,lab fees and more and the admission fee is approximate 50000 to 60000 . This fee is the primary fee for the course and remains consistent throughout the duration of the program,though it might increase by a small percentage each year. Hostel fees is 50000 to 60000. It includes double, thriple and four bedroom rooms.It provides scholarships like merit scholarships,sports and extra curricular scholarships, minority scholarships and many more.
Campus Life
The overall experience in christ university is great. There are many clubs included like SWO , IIIC , Caps and many more , which helps us to be more interactive . Even sports day is conducted . It also conduct many sports events like tiger 5 where it includes sports like Basketball,football, tennis, batminton,chess,etc. it has a big event which is conducted for 2 days called the magnovite during winter.
Admission
I chose this college as it provide the Btech in computer science with artificial intelligence and machine learning.The admission process is simple . First we need to apply for the entrance exam for the christ university. This exam can be conducted in your nearby exam centres . After that we are called to the university for a interview test. Its not that much complicated. The even check our academic marks in 12th and 10th grade. They too check our communication skills through the interview.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is good . and its easy to approach the faculties. The exam structure and the marking scheme is little complicated .In first year the final end semester is not only the mark that is needed.The end sem marks contribute only 30% of our semester marks . And the rest is attendendence , internals and practicals. As in here the college conducts 3 internals called CIAs. which contribute overall 30% to our first sem marks. And we need marks of minimum 40% of the total marks in each subject to enter the second year.
Night Life
The college timing is from 9am to 4pm. And every student need an attendence of minimum 85% to be eligible for the end semester exams. This college has a gym which can be accesses from 5pm to 8pm. library timing is from 8:30 am to 8pm. It has 2 hostels . where the boys hostel is in the campus and the rest is outsude the campus. In hostel we need to enter the hostel before 9 pm or fine will be charged.And the night life of the university is superb . And there are many places for the students to hang out as this campus is very big.
