In the current growing society architecture is a booming course.The curriculum is efficient and it helps to develop practical knowldge in the field.The course must include more software learning subjects inorder to tackle the technologicaly advancing society.There is usually 2 exams per year.

The fee structure for the barch course at DC Dchool of architecture and design is categorized based on merit and management seats.Merit students pay Rs 1,96,000 per year for a total of 5 years.which includes Rs 90,000 for tuition fees,Rs 30,000 foe hostel fees per year.Rs 60,000 for canteen fees and Rs 6000 for books per semester.There is a total of 10 semester.There is refundable caution deposit of 10,000 rs.There are some scholarchips.There is an additional optional registration in the NASA India.Where further scholarships are recieved.The management student fees is rs 5,00,000 per year.

Overall,DC School Of Architecture and Design offers a memorable campus life.With 24/7 connection with the batchmates as it is a residential campus.It makes us a famlity of batches.And there were ragging issues in the first three years which is not seen now due to regulations. All fesivals are celebrated here with utmost efforts and adfitionals concengions are held to improve the campus life We get a wide range of books as the College is in connection with DC Books publisher.And a dedicated library is there foor Architecture. Sports activites are very less due to the lack of ground and courts as the college is situated in a hilly terrain. There are several clubs which organies events and hosts programs for festivals which are completly run by students.

Hostel facilities are the main disadvantage of the campus.As it is a residential campus the hostel facilities shoulf have been better.Intitally i was offered 2 sharing rooms with 2 bunker beds in one room.And no shelves and storage space with locks.There are no space to work for architecture students to work in the hostel room.then i was shifted to 3 sharing with facilites for only two person.which made it more difficult. The toilets are very unclean and basic Hostel food is worst. Thee hostel is inside the college itself Hostels does nit meet the standard for the fees paid.

I was alloted this college on the 2nd allotment of Keam merit allotment.My first Allotment was at palakad global college.It was lacking facilities and amenities.Dc School of architecture and Design offers better facilities than the previous one.so i opted for this college. This college on the basis of academics with other college is more free and tensionless.But lacks exposure to outside. My first priority was CAT trivandrum. But cluld not make it in merit seat as it got filled fast.The next option was to join there on management seat which was nor financially lossible for me.So I went ahead with DC School of Architecture and Design. The admission process are through KEAM portal.Documents have to be submutted through online as well as offline.and the fees has to paid on the joining date.

The faculty to student relationship is the worst.They are not genuine and only here flr the money.The faculty that i like the most is Ar Harsha,who was my first year design faculty.There are several faculties who are irresponsible and doesnt care attitude.The are a total of 8 exams.1 semester is internships and last semester is thesis.

The night life is wonderful.As it is a residnetial campus many shops and food spots are there in the campus to engage the students.As the college is in a countour site and the perfect architecture of the campus offers us spots for students to engage and interact with each other. There are also couple friendly spots.The only fisadvantages are there are a lot of smokers. Hostel is open 24/7 eith securities guarding the jn and out of students. Gym starts at 5 30 am and closes at 9 30 pm All shops and cafeteria starts at 9 30 am and closes at 9 3p pm
