Course Curriculum Overview

It is an Government college so it has a very low fee. For both years you have to pay 20000Rs. in 2 installments.Other than fee you have to pay for library, labs, gym, sports and additional activities. There are many event in which you have to pay some money.

Placement Experience

Placements are good from the college since it is one the oldest college in the country. But not upto the mark because there many B.Tech. students having very good knowledge and haven't got good internship.

College Events

Independence Day-On this day the national flag is hosted by our P.U. Republic day-On this day the national flag is hosted by our P.U. Saraswati puja-All students celebrate the ocassion. They all enjoy and pray for good study.

Fee Structure And Facilities

FEASIBLE-Since the fee is only 20000 and In other activities you have to pay 10000 approx in college like that it is too low. There are some charges I am going to mention below which are as follows:- Lab charges-2500/- Sports & Fitness-2000/- Ocassions-1800/-

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't taken any scholarship but there are many scholarship for students. If you are doing well in monthly test you will get some scholarship on the fee. Caste based scholarships are available for Sc,St&Ebc students on which they get their fee and hostel at very low rate

Campus Life

3.5

Labs-Lavs are good but open occasionally like once a month. There are many labs but they only for name. Sports-Some activities are done in sports once or twice a year in which it contains games like cricket, football, tennis, badminto, carrom, chess& many more.

Admission

I filled up an online application for admission in this college. After which an entrance exam was taken which contained 100 objective type questions. Each question contain 1 mark & every wrong answer having -1/3 marks. In which I got 73 marks. The cutoff marks for entrance was 57.

I like, college is providing good educational background to engineering student who were not go to IIT or NIT with affordable amount of money.
Faculty are highly educated having good teaching methods and mentoring student. They were selected through BPSC examination.
The campus area is extended in approx 50 acares. The campus provide greenery environment which is better for health of student.

Dislikes

The campus is situated far from the Motihari city which result in lack of conectivity with market.
The college campus has much forest area due to it, you can see wild animal like Nil Gay and Snake in campus .
The college is situated 2 km away from the national highway, due to which you face difficulty in traveling in evening after 6 pm .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I has chossen B. tech in Civi Engineering due to I want to do feild work. Civil Engineering branch is one of the oldest branch and base of all branch. The curiculam prepares me for real-world application or further academic pursuits by dealing hard numericals problem , Civil Engineering branch involves strong team work because any mistake in civil engineering team work result loss of life, money and time. The course is improved by providing strong computer application to civil engineering students and involving AI to this branch. In engineering you can face exam any time so you always ready for any examination and apply the daily study routine to life.

Remarks:

Caste system is very common in our college. Infact students get divided on the basis of their caste which creates an unhealthy environment here which makes it a worse place to survive. This caste system works mainly by the efforts of seniors.

Why Patna Science College is best government college in Bihar

Patna University conducts an entrance exam every year but in 2023 it was based on 10th and 12th marks. I had good marks so I got the best college, Patna Science College. You must have more than 55% in 12th to be eligible for application. You can fill out the application form on the official site of the University and it costs 1100 rs. There is the reservation for sports quota, Ncc, and SC ST students. The entrance exam is not that tough compared to CUET or other entrance exams but you must have studied well to get the best college. The admission process was good but it could be better for applicants during counselling by increasing the workforce....Read More
