Course Curriculum Overview
The pass rate of the college in B. Com is very high. That's why I chose Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur to study. And the curriculum help us to prepare further academic pursuits. Teachers were very supportive. Their teaching methods are also very interesting. They will try their best to involve every students in the class activities.
Fees and Financial Aid
In Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur fees B. Com first year was around ?2000. But gradually increased in other two years. I had E grant scholarship in the collage. So I didn't have pay the fees. There was exemptions for SC/ST students.
Campus Life
There was Arts fest that held annually and also there was so many programs conducted by departments by themselves. The involvement of the students were very high. There was programs that help the students to develop their social interactions. There is NSS and NCC.
Hostel Facilities
I got admission in the college hostel by the help of college union. There was four students in a room. The facilities was okay but food was very awful. The rent per month was 4000. I personally think it was bit higher and not fair.
Admission
Other than Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur I got admission from Government College, Kalpetta in B. Com. But due to the long distance I dropped it and joined Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur. The admission process was easy. I got admission in corona period. So most of the admission process was through mobile phone.
Faculty
The faculties are very supportive in Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur. The average faculty - to - student ratio is around 1:5. I liked most Kanakachandran sir. Because his knowledge about commerce field blew my mind. The exams were not that easy but not too hard. Some random class tests and internal exams can crack by everyone.
Night Life
My favourite hangout place in my college, Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur half wall of the college. There is a long half wall in the college. Library was also my favourite spot. The large library consists of various kinds of books, journals, documents etc related to various departments. At night roaming is allowed only to 8 pm in the college premises. It is safe.
