What Students Say

Likes

The campus is well maintained and clean.
There is a nice collection of flowers and plants.
The library is really nice and comprehensive.

Dislikes

The infrastructure needs some maintenance.
The cafeterias inside campus charge a little bit higher than other shops outside campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

A bachelor of technology is a four years year undergraduate program. This course focuses on mainly on the theoretical and practical aspects of the application. Curriculum is essential to guide teacher in what to teach, how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade, and a timeline to follow so the year will be completed

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 81000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees - 81,000 Security fees - 5000 (additional 3000 if hostel is taken) Miscellaneous fees - 15000 Hostel fees - 100000 This is a decent amount for a course like Bachelors in Technology as this is really expensive at other places but here it is reasonable.

Campus Life

The first year in college is always special. New place, new people, new culture. When i joined iimtu Meerut, i found this place to be charismatic place to fulfill my dreams. I made sure i capture every moment so that it stays with me forever.

Admission

I choose IIMT University over other college primarily because of its exceptional Btech program, which aligns perfectly with my academic goals and provides a deeper focus on placement compared to the similar program at other college

Faculty

The faculty members pay absolute attention to all the students. They pay focus and labor on both theoretical and practical knowledge. Most of them are experienced with a PhD and others are with a Masters and pursuing PhD.

Night Life

Night life on a college campus can include bars, clubs, concerts and other events. Some colleges have a lot of nightlife on campus, especially smaller schools in sleepy towns. Meerut has a variety of nightclub, and is a good place to find an electrifying night of music and energy

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I really like my college . It is very good college around the meerut

Likes

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory
I like the support that is provided by the college towards the placements of the students

Dislikes

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.
