Computer science as we says the best and trending department but in reality doesn't achieve the value of real world .see the curriculam is mainly focusing on theory level so its has advantage for students who want to pursue career in PhD but when it comes to applying this in the needs of real world job requirements its doesn't reach them.Exams will be around 4 to 6 months gap and varies in even and odd semesters. Where there are 2 internal exams in between them and the internal and external lab exams too.

The tution fees and exam fees are needed to pay through our ktu profile that the university is published. And about the fee structure its around 10000 to 15000 to all the gereral regular students but in the case if u have any scholarship like E gratnz then the amount that have to be payed will be decreased and needless to say this amount will be repayed to the students account once the college authorities enabled their students list with the government. And for the other fees like college fees and extra bus fees are around 10,000 which was mandatory and changes accordingly to the type of college under KTU wheather its aided or government.

Many clubs are actively run in this college apart from that the tech fests are announced through the ktu calender and inter college fests are often regulated through this. Even though the activities are quite catchy and good and the involved students have the advantage of getting activity points through their presence and achivements in club activities tech fests etc.

My PG is comparitively spacious and provides good accommodation and in the case of security to girls this place is the one. But the quality of food and menu is below average now a days . The current fees structure provides 4500 including the electricity bill.

I got to this college according to my entrance rank and the reason which i couldn't make to the other colleges is one because CET's cutoff and Gec thrissur beacause the ranks behind me got accomodated beacuse of their reservation and since i'm from general category its tough that even if i have the marks and rank to get into the collge i want the reservation category students will catch through their way to the top.The black mark of indian education system .

Comparing to other departments the faculities of computer science are approachable have a helping mentality and kind . In the case of projects and seminar they are easy going and don't put so much pressure rather they are so chill but makes the works done. Especially Liji dominic Asst professor of computer science .she is one who takes the 3 core subjects on consecutive semesters and was very understanding, help us to get good internals on the subjects she takes has a clear view about what she takes and supportive .And about the sem exams under ktu its not the exams that are tough but the marking system.Valuation system of ktu is quite a controversial talk since even students who studies above average often got poor grades or even fails because of the poor valuation system.

Our college provides the gym facilities for both women and men also the cafeteria is affordable and the library not as wast comparing to other colleges.Since the college hostel is only for limited number of students there are so much privates hostels runs around the locality for both male and females and the timings varies according to the hostel that you are in.This college is located in a rural area and so far from the town so if you are into the vibes of country side this is for u. The night life when it comes of events are like so so to your type.
