Bieng honest to my college.

Curriculum,As per the requiremnt of todays architectural market it feels little bit outdated but it is generally because this market suddenly revolutionised due to sudden technology devolopment. So overall curiiculum might not achieves what it requires for todays architecture proffesional. But it grooms you for basic architecture. It teaches you design, technicalities and other things that come along this profession.

If we talk about fees per year it is 1,33,000 per annuam with 2000 additional security deposite in first year. Out of that 1,13,000 is tution fee and other remaining amount goes for other expenses like lab fee,sports fee,Gym fee,Nasa fee,and other. Category students like SC/ST have fees like 7000 and 16000 respectively. Othere general category students have fees 1,33,000. There is Goverment scholarships available for Obc studens, ews students and other reservations and scholarship benifits that falls under mahadbt. Scholarship is 50 percent of tution fee whoch becomes 56000 per year. To avail scholarship benifits you must be admited through merit list.

There are some ritual festivals of college like cans got talent, annual exhibition, annual awards, and farwelk function fir 5th year students. Apart from that college clebrates evry other indian festival. This college gots the biggest libraru in terms of books available in the liabrary in overall college that pune university has for architecture. Sports is very less prioritised , i would say not evern priortised by college body. Students plays on there own if they want otherwise they dont. Faculties are well equipeed with the latest teaching technologies and use well while tutoring. Students do extracurricular activities in there own there not much intrest from college and faculty to involve students in extracurricular activities. Students have there social groups they operates on thete own without much support of college.

I mean i have applied for the dy patil college of architecture,akurdi. I laso got that college in merit list but considering the cost of living in pune city becomes quite double. So i have decided to opt for this college as it is in nashik it becomes very good option and balance option for good enough education and affordable living.

Faculty is very decent for all the 5 years. They have good experience. Quite knowledgeble and they ubderstabd students there needs and problems. It is 5 years course mostly examined by the sessionals. There are 10 semesters in total and fvery srmester has 7 to 8 subjects to pass with design being the most important subject every semester.

There is no imterview round as such in college. You have to.give a 3ntrance examination then they will be admitting you with the merit you got.there are management seats as well. They ask fir managemnt charges for admission in lakhs and you can get aemission that way.

There is no night life in this college as library closes at 4 pm and no one dare to allow you to acces library after that. You are not allowed to seat in college after 5 pm . You need to take principals permission to seat in you own college where you paid lakhs of rupees. And permission takes your hour out, so so much headache just to seat and work in your own college. People operate it like dinesty. There is no hostel for boys. Girsl hostel is available but not for perticularly the architecture students. No canteen available in overall campus. Gym is never accisible. If students demand the gymming time is 2.30 to 5 pm. Which is not makes sense. Gym fee is there in every years fee but they provide nothing to be honest.
