Likes

Both the girls and boys in my college have very good behaviour.
My college campus is very nice and I don't feel it needs any improvement
My teachers here are very good, they help us students a lot

Dislikes

If we talk about dislikes then we can just say that the classes are not held on time
Even the students do not come to the classroom on time
Rest of the students keep roaming around in the campus after their classes are over, due to which people of other classes get disturbed.

Course Curriculum Overview

My subject is sociology and in this we learn about our society which helps us in knowing how to live in society and what improvements need to be made in the society. There is no understanding in this subject

The total fees in my college was 3185 rupees and I will also get a scholarship in the year which is around 9 thousand and the fees for the whole year is just 3185 rupees and it will not cost more than that

Campus Life

My only relation with college is that I just go to college and attend classes, I do not participate in other things, apart from that little bit happens in college like all the festivals happen and a lot more

I had a desire to come to this college since the beginning. I did not try to go to any other college before this. The reason for my choosing this college is the fees in this college because it is very low.

The best facility of my college is that there are no useless classes, you can attend as many classes as you want, there is no need to spend waste time in college and everything is done on time like attending classes or

Interview Experience

No, I did not have to give any kind of interview or any exam to get admission here, but I got direct admission here. You do not have to give any kind of exam to come here. you only Pay the money to get admission and take admission

Night Life

The nightlife in my college and its surrounding areas is very good. All the traffic is illuminated and all the traffic is bright. The light is visible and it is so nice to see the college at night. The environment around my college and the college is very good

Xavier's college Ranchi pros and cons

Likes

The professors were friendly and highly intellectual. They were here to help us in every possible way
Also the student exposure was good ss compared to other colleges in the Ranchi.
The campus was great . Had every facilities you needed

Dislikes

It was less like a college and more of a school because of strict rules
There's were hardly any fun event's or fest in my span of 4 year's of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the history because this subjects always used to facinate me . There were different professor's to teach different sub topics like that of ancient history mediaeval or modern history. It dealt with both Indian ad world history. We were provided with the notes regularly and books too as reading materials. The course could have been made more interactive

College and my life as different aspects

Likes

The cleaness and the professor of the college and the campus
College has provided different uniform for the different departments
All departments have their own class and building all the labs are provided their for practical

Dislikes

College didn't have a proper regulation for all departments
College didn't conduct class every day or it didn't have a proper schedule and students are also not interested in classes
I think college have to provide scholarship for all categories and same for all the departments

The professor of the college aree well qualified but the regulations are very low the teaching process is good but the classes are not continuous and the students are not interested their are very less department which hav their proper schedule and in my major paper class are only proper but the AEC papers and minor paper never conducts a single class for students

The college campus has two building and the area is very large, magnificient
College faculty are good and supportive.
Best sanitation and drinking facility...

Dislikes

Sometimes teachers dont come in class during their period
The campus land gets muddy during rainy season
Buses seats are adjusting and students difficult to find seat sometimes.

So When I was in twelfth class , I think I should choose history hons. becaus I want time for my side study so i chose this Here, in my university the faculties teach well. And in every university the study are not as good as the study and teachers in school, students should work for themselves and should not totally depends on university and study, they should work other curriculum activities. So my university timing for UG are from 9:30 am to 1:45 pm Every period timing are 45 min. Lunch time around 30 min. And bus time is 2:15

Placement Experience:

the college expenses is in budget but the parking area is small and the staff are good but some of them are not co-operative most of the students visit the library but having low space we did not move that side

Entrance Preview:

I love the language English so I opted for this course and this being the best college in the state and third best in the eastern zone it had to be SXC Ranchi. It is the first autonomous college under Ranchi university. Entrance exam is conducted by and in the college this course is one of the oldest and reputed ones of SXC RanchiFor externals. Just go through the bacis of English literature the panel there is there to check your deservingness that's it. Need not worry a lot just be confident. Keep all your documents ready and attested as you won't get enough time after the list is out.
