What Students Say

Likes

College environment and teachers which help to clear doubts.
All teachers are professional and help to become professional
Held so many events and activities which help students to be ready for real world experience.

Dislikes

I personally don't like canteen because not regular open.
Some time administration work become frustrated.

Course Curriculum Overview

In future I want to pursue MBA that's why I chose BBA course in Smt. Kesharbai Lahoti College. It is in my hometown and best in commerce faculty. I want more practical experience rather than theoretical, so I would suggest that be possible.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid 36000/- as total fee. Not applied for any scholarship but lots of scholarship option which help students in many ways. There is no different tution fee structure, only one fee structure. Example of scholarship if you ranked in university then you will get 300/- per month for one year, if you belong to tribe community then you will get 250/- throughout the course period.

Campus Life

You can access the library and all other facilities by paying tution fee. But for the event you have make contributions. If you are playing any sports, then you will get benefits from college and you have to represent the college in exchange of that.

Admission

When I took admission for the course, there is simple process just go to college and consult with department and get admissioned. But nowadays you have to appear for MHT-CET BBA/BMS then you will get admission according to merit list.

Faculty

All teachers are professional and help to become professional in the real world. They also help students with extra curricular activities which help to develop personality. They held shark tank program which help to understand the market and industry. I can't name the faculty because of privacy.

Night Life

There canteen but not regular. You have library with desktop with internet which is available for students. There is only ladies hostel available in the college. You can hangout at stage, ground, passage, parking, etc.

SDA Bocconi Asia Center, IMB ( International Masters in Business)

Remarks:

I had honestly applied in only a selected number of colleges, as I was doing really well in my coaching and was always among the top 2. Since, I was expecting a lot from myself, it created performance pressure and I went blank during the actual CAT examination. So SDA bocconi was among the top 2 options that I had. It is less than a decade old and has still managed to provide good placements. The most fascinating part is the entire semester in Bocconi,Milan which is the 21st best college in the world and 7th in Europe. I also spoke to many aluminis and hardly got to hear anything that will stop me from taking admission in SDA bocconi. Plus, the advantage of the college being in a city like Mumbai has it's own advantages.

The box of life.

Remarks:

College management is highly supportive of student needs. The management listens to student issues and tries to solve it with proper thinking and strategy. The college and the composition, though is extremely dynamic and diverse, students live together peacefully in harmony, supporting and helping each other whenever needed. Though being it's initial stages of setup, the college faces certain issues with placements and internships, but slowly with every batchs learnings, these are also being cured. This ensures that students are always on their toes and ready to take on challenges.

When I went to the other college for the admission my first experience was so bad that the faculties were not speaking polite with the students who have come their college , that college name is Shri Shivaji Science College , Amravati . Since the college is famous in the district I thought the college was good but seeing their rude behaviour of faculties i dont think so. One more thing that I did not choose that college was the fees were higher there than my college....Read More
