IILM University Greater Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement drive of the college is very good. Big companies like Infosys, Amazon, TCS, etc., come every year to the college for placement. The student can start doing an internship after the 2nd semester if proper skills are developed by the students for the company to recruit them.

Campus placements are available at the end of 2nd year itself if you have worked hard throughout from 1st semester. A lot of companies like Mankind, TCS, Hyundai, HDFC and whatnot have visited our campus and offered great jobs for the students. The highest pakage was 18 LPA and the average pakage is 6 LPA. More than 75% of students are placed every year I am looking to get a package of more than 15 LPA.

From the start of the second semester of the third year, students are allowed to sit in the campus placements. According to their branches and CGPAs, they can get through the placements if they are prepared. A number of companies visit the campus which is sufficient for the crowd mentioning some names like Accenture, KPMG, Cape Gemini, Delloite and other well-known names. There were 230 offers made by the companies for over 300 students. The highest package offered was offered by Delloite of 18 lacs lpa and the average hiked to 7 to 8 lacs lpa. Approx 92% of the students got placement last year including internships at prominent MNCs. My plan is to flourish in the college term, doing internships at different companies, gaining experiences, extra skills and certifications for a stone-hard CV to get a final high-paying job in the last year of my college at some reputed IT company.

The faculty was very educated and qualified. The faculty helped us a lot in studying and leaning new skills. There was 1 faculty for 30 students which is a bit less per student in my opinion. The exams were always on time it was quite easy to ace the tests if you studied the notes provided by the teachers.

The students become eligible for placements in the last year of their respective courses but internships are provided in the 1st or 2nd year only. The standard of placement in our college is commendable. The highest and average package offered was INR 18 LPA and INR 7.50 LPA during the college placements in 2022, respectively. The highest salary package was offered to the MBA program. The college is really supportive towards the students, Companies like Amazon, Deloitte, etc have visited the college for the placement process. However, my plan after getting a degree is to prepare for the judicial exam.

The highest placement of IILM in 2022-23 batch was 18 lakh per annum. The average package is 7 lakh per annum which is comparatively higher than the packages of other private institutions. Almost 95% + students are placed every year.

I choose this course because I wanted to create employment in India. Bba is the way to gain knowledge about business and fundamentals of marketing etc. where faculty became the lead role to make your goal accomplish. Iilm gives me the best faculty I wanted. If I talk about exams it will be a practical exams.

I love speaking and that is why I chose Journalism. The faculty is very good, they are experienced and they help us with practical knowledge which is the best thing. The term exams had objective questions and if you are a good student, the exams are not going to be difficult for you. If you can maintain your attendance and appear for the exams, all you're left to do is top the exams!

Students become eligible for campus placements from their last year of course as that is the time when companies visit campus. A lot of good companies like Wipro, and Infosys visit campus and they offer good packages too. The average package goes around 8-9L per year. This year the highest package was 18L which I believe is really good. Around 70-80% of students get placed every year with a decent package. Overall if a student has performed well throughout her/his course then sHe will definitely get a good placement opportunity with a good package.

In my course, the students are eligible to get campus placement after the 4 semester and top companies visit our campus and offer a high package of 18 - 24 Lakh per annum. The students easily get places because our curriculum is industrial based and 90% of students are placed because our university is very supportive. I plan to continue my studies after graduating from IILM.
