Faculty's teaching style is excellent. their communication is good and in friendly manner.
Scholarship is available for everyone who has below 2lpa family income ,genral students get 50000 and sc st get 100000 the fees yearly is about 120000 and teachers are good and the collge tries its its best to get opportunities

The year 2022 was gudd as the average was about 7-6 lpa but now as seesin the recession hit and all there have been placement but its scenario it bad as masss recureters have gone into hiring freez and all

I pay 95000 for non ac room and the worst thing is in the 3rd year you have to share with 2 roomates which is really disturbing.

My KIET College Review

Likes

The college campus is quite good and have well organised by flower to enhance its beauty which makes our free time very good.
The faculties of this college is good and much better as compared to other AKTU colleges. They are very supportive and helpful.
The college infrastructure is very good and well manged as they have all the buildings and workshop in such small campus.

Dislikes

The college campus size is 18 acres which is very small as all the space equipped by infrastructure and very less space for garden and sports courts.
Some facilities are not available in the college amd labs and some faculties are very rude and not helpful.
The campus is small so you can be bored in few months and not feel good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum which is running is proposed by AKTU University. This curriculum is old and not compatible for current industry adn do not ready studneta for industry level work. This curriculum needs to be change and subjects which make students industry work ready should be applied. In KIET, they have introduced some additional coding subjects which help students build a grip in coding languages from starting. This decision is made by HODs of college which influenced me to take admission in this college. The exam is conducted time to time and ends with end semester exam. So the frequency of exams is quite good.

The college faculty is very supportive .
My department HOD is very cool and supportive person.
All the department is good in building architecture.

Dislikes

I do not like the gaming and other activities facilities .
I do not like the College class room timing .
I do not like the campus size and it is so little.

I give my couse rating is 8 out of 10 . Exame will be hold with in the one month for each branch .College should need the improve the filed of cocurriculum activity or we can saw in the field of gaming .

The college is quite peaceful as it is located in outer art of the city.
The infrastructure is good ,proper ventilated classroom are provided .
The faculty is also good ,it helps in there academic as well as if there is any other problem.

Dislikes

The security is quite harsh and they are too strict.
Frequency of exams ,there are many exams in sem .

Placement Experience:

The placement in the college is good , also the reason why i join this college . Many reputed company visit the college for the placements like Amazon ,TCS ,Accentre ,HCL etc. The average package 4 to 5 lakh . Almost all students gets alced from the college.

I did not make any special preparation for it . In this curriculum special technical knowledges will also be provided. Weekly practical classes are conducted which helpfull for further knowledge. Some areas of improvement are required that will be in more industry based education.

There are many clubs so that you can identify your passion in various department
Motivating seniors in the college who will motivate you if you find good senior

Not all Peer in college is good so you have to be selective in choosing them

Internship is provided in our college from 4th semester onwards usually in 6 semester almost student get in properties it can be free internship or paid internship and also from 7 semester your placement starts and many companies like Cognizant Wipro Samsung Amazon Flipkart nearly 6.5 lakh per annum and median package 4.5 lakh

Faculties are so helpful. They are so cooperative.
Infrastructure is also so adorable. Spacious buildings.
Seniors are also so good here. They also seek to help there junior

Dislikes

Course is so lengthy. Classes runs from 9-5 which tired us.
Food items in cafes is so expensive.
They allow to play sports only after classes and only for college hostellers.

Curriculum is according to AKTU. Syllabus which is prescribed by AKTU is taught here. Yes this college prepares us for real-world application through practicals. Teaching method is so good here that they take every practice exam before real exam.

Well utilised for infrastructure as compare to small area campus.
Their is temple for lord radha and krishna in campus which is very nice.
clubs and faculty is very good , clubs are active.

Dislikes

Events is not provided by college for 1 year student as compare to different colleges
Canteen is not good enough and taste of food is not good.
their is no sport help for day scholars in college

Placements are good in our college. Companies came and visit our college for placements and also different companies which have their different criteria for students to apply for company. Also students have different oppurtunities to aplly off campus if any student don't satisfy with their placement and pacakage , he/she can also apply for off campus.

I liked the academic in our college ... teachers are amazing
Some seniors ard supportive and guide us
There are many clubs in our college and they engage you very much

Dislikes

Sports facilities are very much dispersed
Peer in kiet is selective...only 25% are serious students
Too much exams and less holidays and curriculum

Rate of placements is more than 70%. .. If you are skilled enough (DSA + webd) double digit option is open .. If not there are lot of mass recruitment in our college... More than 60% of students placed in package less than 5-6 lpa... High placement is not hard but problem is that students don't work hard... Avg -6.58 lpa Median - 4.5 lpa Companies - amazon, Flipkart, Airtel cognizant infyosis etc But companies do
