- The faculty was good and responsible, easy available of references and easy understanding, well professionalized lectures
- The opportunity for scholarships and placements is also top-class at andhra university.
- My experience in my college was pretty good.they have good faculty and facilities in the classroom and the classroom and washroom are kept clean .they provide labs for physics and chemistry,and also they celebrate annual fests and farewells and sports
Dislikes
- The faculty here are very much experienced and well known about the subject but the prblm here is that they just teach us about the subject and go but no one will let you ask if you understand it or not.
- Nothing much but there will be disparities between students and it is difficult to get seat in wished group
- I dislike the college b?cause they is only some placement for the course

Placement Experience:
In the final year, students are eligible for the placement but few offers are available. Many students choose to do higher education like m. Pharm or mba. So few will be interested in the job. I have many companies like Pfizer Laurus, Dr. Reddy will offer placement. The package will be like 2-3L
After b. Pharmacy many will do some courses like pharmacovigilance and sas coding to get IT jobs in companies like tcs iqvia Banglore

Final semester students are eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies of visits Andhra University in which one of the company is doctor reddys laboratory. The average package in Andhra University is 2.5 lakh per annum and the highest package in Andhra University is 3.5 lakh per annum. Every year nearly 50 to 60% of the students are get placed in Andhra Universityremember one point that is this is a government university so placements are moderate rate only. After an undergraduate degree, we have so many options that are M pharmacy, industrial pharmacist, RD scientist, etc

In this college, the students get eligible for campus placement after the 6th semester or sometimes the 7th semester. And Companies like Wipro, Infosys hire the maximum number of students for an average package of 3.5-4.0 Lakhs per annum, And few students plan for their higher education by giving GATE,GRE, IELTS, And very few students have some startups, And this college provides support to the startups who helps students dealing with their curriculum, My plan is joining some MNCs for some decent package and later pursue higher education,

Training for the campus drives will be given. Multiple companies will visit the campus, which may include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, HSBC, and some other companies mainly for engineering students. The percentage of students getting placed is increasing. Mostly campus drives will be held from 3-1 semester.

Students were given placements, based on their performance and the branch they choose, for example, CSE, there are placements annually, where companies like Cognizant, TCS were very common, everyone gets placed in some of the other of these.

Students from 3rd year are eligible for campus placements. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra and many more have visited our college for placements. There were many offers made by companies. The highest salary package is 20lpa and average salary package offered is 7 LPA. About 80% of the students from college courses got.

The campus placement process starts at the beginning of the academic year. But only final year students are eligible for campus drive. They give coaching to crack the job on the campus. In final year they focus on only jobs along with academics. This coaching also helpful in competitive exams. This is the main benefit offered by the college.

What is your review of Andhra University?

One of my friends graduated from Andhra University. According to him, it is very reputed among students as well as professionals. But like every other institution, it also has its fair share of positives and negatives. Let me share them with you which you can analyze later on.
Pros:
- It is one of the oldest universities in the country, hence has a great alumni network.
- The student intake in each department is 30-60, which benefits the student-teacher interaction.
- Each department has its own dedicated library consisting of several books, magazines, journals, and other study materials.
- The campus is huge, covering 600 acres.
- They have the biggest sports ground. Students are also provided with a gym and basketball court.
- The entire campus is wifi enabled.
Cons:
- The placements are average. The number of companies visiting the college has gradually decreased.
- The lab equipment is not well maintained or upgraded.
- Andhra University follows the age-old curriculum with little to no changes.
- Students are told to put more emphasis on theoretical learning than practical.
- Exams are mostly based on theories rather than practicals.
Overall, it is an above-average institution. It may not be like the IITs or NITs but still works well. It is suggested that you opt for this only if you have missed the opportunity to study in the IITs or NITs.
