- The faculty was good and responsible, easy available of references and easy understanding, well professionalized lectures
- The opportunity for scholarships and placements is also top-class at andhra university.
- My experience in my college was pretty good.they have good faculty and facilities in the classroom and the classroom and washroom are kept clean .they provide labs for physics and chemistry,and also they celebrate annual fests and farewells and sports
Dislikes
- The faculty here are very much experienced and well known about the subject but the prblm here is that they just teach us about the subject and go but no one will let you ask if you understand it or not.
- Nothing much but there will be disparities between students and it is difficult to get seat in wished group
- I dislike the college b?cause they is only some placement for the course

- Labs were good and teaching is absolutely fine and up to the mark.
- Doubts can be clarified easily as manu faculty are available.
- Events and fests are conducted every year which boosts students
Dislikes
- It's like a school more than college with childish rules
- No proper washrooms and no proper sports equipments
- Good companies were not brought for placements and training
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is good but not upto the mark. Major advanced related technologies related to branch should be introduced in 2nd yr which helps students. The subject should not only be taught theoretically but should also be taught practically.

- I like my college atmosphere which will be peacefull for any student
- I like my classmates in way a both academically and physically
- I like my college timings there are in a way that hekos studebt to follow the rule early to bed and early to rise

- I do not like the academic plan in my college
- Not all the professors are qualified to teach the studenys
- The laborataries in my college are not fully equiped
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester placement starts in our college for our 2020-2024 batch placements have decreased and the number of companies which came for drive due to effect of pabdemic covid-19. The highest package offered is 16lpa and the lowest was 3.3lpa. I have been offered for 7lpa in TCS company abd this is off campus

- Easy to score marks, CGPA can be high for anyone
- Some of the Teaching staff are good and they will take care of you if you have any doubts
- The timing are better than surrounding colleges, the buses are great
Dislikes
- Bad crowd, for someone coming from the city, the crowd is fairly backwards
- Infrastructure is poor, very lacking, the college feels like a 1980’s witch house
- No support for sport at all, there is no sports room also in the entire campus, except a ground where we can play with our own equipment
Placement Experience:
Everyone in the college will get placed, but the packages are very poor with Average package of 4 lakhs and median salary of 3.2 lakhs. Employability was good when I joined but now its bad and looks like its only getting worse

My field is masters of science in Organic Chemistry.So coming to aspects that influenced me was the vast amount of knowledge this subject contain and help us to learn new things
Computerized system will mostly help improveing the course

- I liked the curriculum which have flexibility with my extra curricular activities.
Dislikes
- The diversity in the college is less while compared to others as there are students mainly from andhra pradesh.

Placement Experience:
The placements are very good when compared to other colleges.
Last year 90% got placed and ramaining went for higher studies.
Average stood at 6 lakh per annum and highestt stood at 9 lakh per annum and least is 3 lakh per annum.
I plan to pursue higher studies after the degree.
From 7th semester students become eligible for placements.

Firstly I am not sure about choosing any course buti have understood about the running people of present society by seeing and understanding I realised that computers are the future and it has so much of scope of knowledge

after completion of 6th sem the students are eligible for placements.Accenture ,tcs, incircles, darwin box, amazon web services etc. the heighest package is above 20 lpa and average package is 4 lpa . 90 percentage students gor placed .after degree to get a job in mncs.

- The teaching of faculty is very good and they give good knowledge
- The library is very quite and calm and we can find many books there.
- The playground for our physical fitness and I love they give time for sports

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course structure is given as per education and also they are same for scholarship and management. Even the scholarship had to pay when they get it and the management had to pay by semester and they have to pay half of the amount by 2nd year .

- Friendly environment with full of fresh air
- Experienced Teachers who teach in a proper way
- Very big campus with full of freedom to every student
Dislikes
- The building of our branch is under construction it makes us to feel uncomfortable
- Small classrooms with less student strength
- College is not that clean because of some issues
Placement Experience:
I don't know from which semester students become eligible for campus placements because I'm a fresher in this college. Tech mahindra, wipro, infosys, Microsoft, google, amazon, flipkart,apple, samsung, meesho are some of the companies that comes to our college at placement time. Highest package of our college is 52 lakhs per annum and the average package is 8 lakhs per annum. 99.9 percentage of students get placement every year. I wanted to go to abroad for my higher studies.

What is your review of Andhra University?

One of my friends graduated from Andhra University. According to him, it is very reputed among students as well as professionals. But like every other institution, it also has its fair share of positives and negatives. Let me share them with you which you can analyze later on.
Pros:
- It is one of the oldest universities in the country, hence has a great alumni network.
- The student intake in each department is 30-60, which benefits the student-teacher interaction.
- Each department has its own dedicated library consisting of several books, magazines, journals, and other study materials.
- The campus is huge, covering 600 acres.
- They have the biggest sports ground. Students are also provided with a gym and basketball court.
- The entire campus is wifi enabled.
Cons:
- The placements are average. The number of companies visiting the college has gradually decreased.
- The lab equipment is not well maintained or upgraded.
- Andhra University follows the age-old curriculum with little to no changes.
- Students are told to put more emphasis on theoretical learning than practical.
- Exams are mostly based on theories rather than practicals.
Overall, it is an above-average institution. It may not be like the IITs or NITs but still works well. It is suggested that you opt for this only if you have missed the opportunity to study in the IITs or NITs.
