The PGPM fee of INR 21,40,720 splits into Year 1 (INR 11,18,860) and Year 2 (INR 10,21,860). Hostel and mess fees are charged separately and are not included in the academic fee quoted above. PGPM Admission (2-Year Programme)
PGPM admission runs through the Joint Admission Process. IIM Raipur, IIM Kashipur, IIM Ranchi, and IIM Tiruchirappalli share a single JAP application and a common composite scoring framework.
- Eligibility: Any bachelor’s degree with 60% aggregate for General/EWS/NC-OBC candidates. 50% for SC. 45% for ST and PwD. CA/CS/CMA holders without a bachelor’s degree eligible with 50% in their qualification. Final year students may apply but must complete graduation before joining.
- CAT minimum (General, JAP 2026-28 reference): 95.25 overall; 75 percentile in each section (VARC, DILR, QA).
- Selection formula: CAT score (52%) + Personal Interview (20%) + Work Experience (10%) + UG performance (5%) + Gender Diversity (6%) + Class 12 marks (3%) + Class 10 marks (2%) + Academic Diversity (2%) = 100%.
- PI cities: Bangalore, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and IIM Raipur campus. City allocation is done by JAP — candidates cannot choose their own centre.
Work experience is not mandatory for PGPM. Freshers receive zero points for the experience component but are fully eligible. Candidates with strong CAT scores and good academic profiles are routinely admitted from fresher backgrounds.
EPGP Admission (Executive 1-Year Programme)
The EPGP is a full-time residential programme for senior professionals. Minimum 5 years of full-time post-graduation work experience is required. Selection involves application review, group discussion, and a Personal Interview. Admission is separate from the JAP process. Applications are submitted directly to IIM Raipur.
PhD Admission
Doctoral admissions are held twice yearly (January and July cycles). Eligible candidates must have a postgraduate degree in management or a relevant discipline. Selection involves a written test and interview. PhD scholars receive fellowship support from DST-SERB, ICSSR, or IIM Raipur’s research fund.

Every year, our team is elected by the students at the start of the PGP program. It comprises of 10 members, 2 members from each section. The team functioning undergoes continuous refinement and development through the semi-annual feedback system put in place. A candidate who wishes to withdraw from the program before withdrawal date specified by the Institute, he/she will be refunded the acceptance fee after deduction of Rs.1000 as a processing fee. A candidate who withdraws after the withdrawal date specified by the institute, he/she will be paid after deducting hostel and other charges applicable if the seat is filled, else, the entire fee is forfeited.
