There is no placemat cell for BA students. However, there is a placemat cell for PG courses which I would say is not as effective as one would like it to be. There were not many students who got placed through the placement cell. Students on the other hand had to think for there future all by themselves as the administration was hard of any help
The faculty is good but the administration of the campus is far too shallow, Admission process was quite easy and there were second-year students around to guide the freshers. I looked at the official website.
Flexibility and autonomy in choosing your own courses, interdisciplinary nature of the course because of electives offered from other departments, No rigid examination structure, creative assessment patterns
Quality. The professors are extremely good at what they do. It breaks the stereotypes of how a class should be conducted. Besides that you can be any major and can opt courses of others as well as electives. It promotes multidisciplinary. Safe space for your voice to be heard. You will generally not see a flock mentality. people are respected for their opinions even in disagreements. Moreover the class strength with respect to other colleges it's less. Ranges from 35 to 45 per discipline. Learning here didn't limit to class rooms but beyond. You will get scholarship you do well in your semester. Besides all this you can earn through various ways that college supports for example earn while you learn scheme encourages students to take part in whatever the university administration need according to the need of the hour and you'll be paid for that. Moreover there is something called the student welfare fund for which ANY STUDENT can apply you need not be under any category of lower income group. You just need to be aware of what's happening.
University provide every facility to us and improving studies material day by day. And using learning new ways. Practically we learning alot with them.
Non-residential college due to lack of space but best part is that it is suitated in one of historical places of Delhi.
We had companies like Wipro, Fidelity, some BPO companies on campus. They also arranged to attend off campus events conducted in other colleges. College management wouldn't help much in placement process and it's individual talent speaks. Alumni networking is very poor as most of the alumnis don't turn up for the event. I don't remember any notable from our college.
Course is good, and faculty are well trained and we have a daily new case entry of 6 per day which gives a good exposure.staffs teach us in anytime we ask anything.academic part is same as given by dental council of India
Yes, Aud faculty is very good and hepling nature not only providing knowledge or skill but also gives the experience of environmental field visits and cultural events by faculty participation in our events or function.
My college is an excellent field if anyone wants to persue the course of Arts and humanities it has an overall excellent faculty who are ever ready to help in any field and write recommendation for students who are interested and wants to further. The college maybe a little far for those staying in South by then it is quite close for people staying in the north as the metro is really close to it and it's just a 5-6 minutes walk from the station. The negative remark would be that sometimes the faculty members takes matter into their own hands and do not ask students as to how the procedure for the fees registration of course or security are to be done and causes a mayhem sometimes. Otherwise everything is good.
I had interest in economics and so getting admitted to a college specialized in humanities courses was almost a blessing for me. The college follows the study pattern of JNU so this was also one of the reason for choosing this college.
A very friendly culture, I have spent 2 years in that environment and I miss it alot. I have enjoyed my life to the fullest there and learnt many things side by side. A very good University for higher studies,l.

I was really interested to study Psychoanalysis and AUD is the only University in India that teaches Psychoanalysis in their masters as well as the m.phil programme. During the period of 2 years, I was able to explore myself as a person and it because of the faculty and the programme. I didn't only learn about Psychology or Psychotherapy in those 2 years but also the psycho-social aspects of it. Also, the activities that were planned by the teacher during some classes helped me to reflect on my own personality and self. I believe that my Psychology programme lacked in terms of Structure. There was no set structure for our exams and classes. I think it would have been better if we had more cby Vishal Lakra
I can say that Ambedkar University Delhi is really a very unique University than any other Colleges of DU and also low Politics promoted in the University Campus by the Students itself. Only Peacful Protest allowed in the campus. Teachers are always available for your help. Also the senior administration team is always available in the SUS office.by Student
