University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur is a Public university exclusively dedicated to the study and research of agricultural sciences. In terms of infrastructure, the university is quite sound. Events like agri-workshop, Foundation Day, Republic Day etc are organised by the University.

I applied for many college but as per my score, my rank and based on the preferred colleges by chance I got ACR college,in the stream of BSC Agriculture. It was my interest subject, but I got college in our Hyderabad Karnataka region only.

For admission to the college I showed up in the Common Entrance Test (CET) directed by the University. In the wake of qualifying the normal passageway test and getting my name in the legitimacy list I was conceded the confirmation in the B.Sc program. After the award of confirmation I was called to the grounds for procedural conventions. Since it is one of the top Agriculture University in the nation I decided on affirmation in it

Its positive remark, it has first-class broad campus with trees everywhere. The faculties and students are eager of UAS and put lots of attempt in research. Institute management is up to the mark. Cheers to faculty.

Positive remarks are very much about our college no enjoyment and the facility are not so good and teaching is very good and the environment for studying is not so high. There is lot much scope for agriculture. UAS is the best college to represent your aptitude with the help of Youth Fest and also helps to get to know about the various things about Agriculture. You get the realistic knowledge by working in the field and laboratory both.

For admission to B.Sc. course there's an entrance exam. This exam have course of class 10th and 12th so the paper is quite easy though the students need to prepare well for it as the scores obtained in this exam grab a seat in the college.

Whole process of admission is online. Just submit the form with required details and documents and appear for entrance test. Basic eligibility include 10+2 with minimum of 45 per cent marks. The scores decide admission.

Set-up in the backdrop of rural upliftment the college is the focal point for various students who are willing to bring revolutionary changes in the agricultural system, though the hot climate in the region is quite uncomfortable sometimes.

A merit list is drawn to establish a basis for the selection procedure. In the list, 50% weightage is given to High school examination scores (Physics/Chemistry /Biology) and the other 50% to the score of practical exams that are mandatory for the students to qualify.
