University of Horticultural Sciences (UAS) offers 2year full time B.Sc course in 9 specializations. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their marks secured in KCET which is conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority under the authorization of Agriculture Quota. The candidates should have a bachelor degree.

KEA-CET is the entrance test that is conducted by the Karnataka Administration Authority for each B.Sc course in different specialization. But, only applicants with a science background can appear for it.

Admission:

The admission for Post-Graduate programs begin in the month of July/August. The eligibility of this course is that the candidate who is applying for the university must have a Graduation degree . I got admission easily because I already had a Graduation degree.

Remarks:

There is no negative remark for the university. The Campus provided hostel facility for both boys and girls. Campus had 300 acres of land with gardens and mordern farm facilities. The Faculty Members were supportive and experienced. Placements were also good. Overall, the university was quite awesome.

Admission:

The admissions are conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority. They conducted a Common Entrance Test. Students are allocated the college on the basis of their rank attained in this test. After that, all they need to do is fill out the required forms and submit the documents. The students can also take an admission in the college through ICAR (details are available on their official website).

The admission procedure is quite simple. The application form is available on the official website. A common entrance exam is conducted afterwards and students are selected on the merit of that exam. They should have already done their bachelor's degree in Horticulture or another relevant course.

Admission:

I applied for the ICAR AIEEA UG exam which is the national level exam for admission in agriculture and allied sciences. After qualifying the ICAR AIEEA UG exam and securing good enough marks I opted for this university. since it is a popular University in the domain of horticulture sciences I opted for it. After grant of the mission I was called to the campus for completion of procedural formalities.

Remarks:

No negative remark as faculty is good and non teaching staff and workers and friends juniors and seniors. University is good and helped us so much and we graduated from good government acreeded college.
