The MBA Year 1 fee is identical across all three specialisations at INR 11 Lakhs (tuition INR 7.10 Lakhs + other charges INR 3.90 Lakhs). IPM Admission
IPM admits students directly after 10+2 through JIPMAT (conducted by IIM Indore). Candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD). The 5-year programme leads to an MBA-level Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). For 2026-31, JIPMAT 2026 exam was held on June 7, 2026, with final merit lists expected July to August 2026. JIPMAT 2027 is expected in 2027.
EMBA and M.Sc Data Science
EMBA targets working professionals with at least 5 years of experience. Admission involves a profile-based shortlist followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. IIM Amritsar Campus and Infrastructure
IIM Amritsar currently operates from the Punjab Institute of Technology (PIT) campus in Amritsar, Punjab, located 5 km from Amritsar Railway Station and 10 km from Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport. The interim campus provides IT-enabled air-conditioned classrooms, seminar rooms, a well-stocked library, a computer lab with internet access, a canteen, and banking facilities.
On-campus hostel accommodation is available for both men and women. Hostel and mess charges are included within the published programme fees, so no separate residential cost is payable. Student activity spaces and a student lounge are also part of the existing infrastructure.
The permanent campus is under construction at Manavala on the Amritsar-Jalandhar GT Road (NH-44), spanning 60 acres, approximately 7 km from the ISBT and 8.5 km from Amritsar Railway Station. Once operational, the permanent campus will house purpose-built academic buildings, a management library, residential facilities, sports areas, and research centres.
