DSPMU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Well I'm happy in what subjects I have chosen because this college the placement is quite good. Examinations are quite easy for the students. Teachers teaching methods are not best needed to be more attractive.

I have taken this course because I am interested in writing news and our teachers will give us notes and that notes are very useful for me and our teachers have make us understand that notes well and by that notes I know lot of information about my course which I have taken

The course and curriculum of department of Microbiology is designed as based on cbc structure of ugc guidelines and that is designed according to students' future prospective the syllabus is not very tough and not very easy at a moderate level. All departments of the university need to be campus placement cells.

Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me to choose this course was because it gives planty of opportunities to young student in their career. Good education guves prepere us for real world applications and further academic pursuit. Placement cell has to interact with privious year students. Frequency and timing of exams along with our perspective is good and fast.

From 3rd semester onwards you'll be eligible for internships and from 5th semester onwards you'll be eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloyds, TCS, and WIPRO visit our campus and offer jobs upto 15lpa.

final year students Facility for prescription is provided to those people who are eligible. There are many reputed placement companies in India that provide employment in various industries. Some of the major companies are: 1. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)** 2. Infosys** 3. **Wipro** 4. Justdial 5. Amazon 6.samford

Exposure to live sessions and filed trips was the major reason for me to choose zoology as my course . Our college provides regular field visits , has acceptable number of museum specimens . Along with all these , regular mentorship programmes are held providing us insight about the career opportunities in this field . University needs to emphasise on labs and fulfil the requirements of the labs . Talking about the exams ,They are held regularly and the question are related to what was taught during the sessions .

Our batch syllabus is little bit old, we study C, C++,JAVA which is enough but in new education policy syllabus is extended students will get to know about new things, math's is also included in this course and its syllabus is good.

The course curriculum although gets changed now and new batches follows that but they never teaches us any new concepts and topics and always remains stick to the syllabus. There were no projects or real time experience assigned or guided us which make it difficult for us to get idea about practical implementation of our subject. Exams happens too often without complition of syllabus and without giving proper notes.

Lab should be upgrade. Exams are totally syllabus based and moderate level of questions paper. Need some more teacher to complete syllabus on time. Provide ppt or pdf for notes for easy learning. Teachers always say about future career opportunity.
