- Every year the event is celebrated with great enthusiasm and many top artists like salim merchant and baadshah has performed at our college.
- The placement is overall good the highest package is 50 lakh and the average placement is 9 lakh the internship are also good super dream offers are available here that are above 10 lakh .
- Students are rewarded with scholarships for merit or if they come from backward classes.
Dislikes
- No scholarship in this course, fees is moderate, college transportation is tough way and bit costly,it is middle of nowhere , campus jobs are not effective, only placements that are decent,no financial assistance
- There is average placement opportunities in vit college many huge companies will come and do their respective placements but the companies offers only low package jobs because due the common problem in the world is recession
- The fee you have to pay if you fail an exam is very high. its 6,000 per subject.

The cse course of vit is very good. It has average placements . It teaches us python c+ Java etc. the exams are very irritating. They are completing our first semester in 3 months and we are having our mid sems in 1.5months

- The first thing that I liked is the good infrastructure that VIT-AP has provided, good and well ventilated labs and classrooms.
- A good overall crowd. VIT has students from all corners of India, making it an emersive experience.
- Friendly people and staff. They help you alot and will keep helping for the next four years of your college.
Dislikes
- Very rigorous time table. We have so many subjects and so many classes somedays that you feel very tired and fatigue , leaving no time for your extra curricular activities.
- Language barrier. As I am a north indian , I sometimes find very hard to communicate with security guards and the mess people as they don't understand English and I can't speak Telugu , leaving no common link of communication.
- Very strict rules and policies. VIT has a lot of rules and regulations which you have to follow or otherwise you will get a big fine that you have to pay no matter what.
Placement Experience:
Placements in VIT are good. If you study hardly for the next 4 years , for sure you will get placed into a good company with a nice package. The average package in VIT-AP is around 6-7 lpa. And the highest is around 45lpa.

- hostel facilities are worse. complaints aren't taken seriously
- the examination system is ridiculous. 3 times in a sem
- courses are a bit tough. and classes are hectic
Placement Experience:
for this year our average placements were really bad around 6-7lpa was the average package. it's better to get a job and internship off-campus. students are eligible from 7th sem.
Google Microsoft and more than 700 companies
only 60% students are placed.
my plans are to do MBA after this

- Academic facilities are really good here. You get plenty of course options to choose with and the faculty is also top notch most of them come from good college like nit or iits
- Clubs and Societies play a big part in this college you'll see multiple events and parties throughout the year in this college.
- Infrastructure is new and great nothing like old govt colleges every thing is modern architecture and the campus is lush green
Dislikes
- Strictness is something you'll struggle with at vit ap in including gaurds, cctv cameras, In and out timings in hostels and restrictions over outings.
Placement Experience:
Vit is known for its placements. They have a good political connection with the state government that is what brings them good companies to the college. Here you see all good companies like Microsoft, IBM, Amazon and many others. The placement percentage is 100% although that's not true we know that. You are eligible for placements once you enter the 4th year.

- Hostel is good as long as you get an ac room.
- Timetable is peaceful and you get to choose it from the second sem
- Food in the mess is manageable most days
Dislikes
- Most of the college is under construction
- Faculty for first sem is based on luck, some people get amazing ones and some people get terrible.
- There is an 80 percent attendance criteria, we have a short sem first sem meaning we can barely take holidays.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Since this is a short sem many things are rushed however if you are attentive the course is quite manageable, the classes are spaced out evenley and we have access to the study material of all faculty.

- university's emphasis on innovation , particularly in engineering curriculum is appreciable.
- Faculty members are knowledgeable and dedicated , often incorporating real world applications into lessons and offering mentorship outside the classroom.
- campus life is vibrant , with active clubs and frequents events that provide a great balance to academics.
Dislikes
- The girls-to-boys ratio could be more balanced , it's approximately 1:3 , which is common in many engineering colleges.
- The labs could be better equipped to support cutting edge research.
- The campus is quite congested and sometimes not a pleasant experience due to noise and blockages because of construction
Placement Experience:
there is a dedicated placement cell at VIT-AP and we are given a lot of opportunities from interships to placements and we can take up projects under faculties too if we wish to. the packages range from 4 LPA to 45 LPA with companies such as TCS, Delotte, amazon etc.

- Interaction between student and faculty is good
- The campus look very clean , I didn't find any waste ,if someone throw any waste the department members will clean it ime8
- There are huge number of opportunities to showcase your talent like dancing, singing etc
Dislikes
- The university will not allow student to go out within university timings
- Will not get mobile signal within university premises
- The university wi-fi fecility is very poor , we don't get atleast 5mbps
Placement Experience:
Students should complete 3 year firsts semester to join in placements in campus.
Highest package is 36lpa, and an average package is 6lpa companys that offer in vit ap.
Minimum cgpa should be 6 and about and students should not have any backlogs.
My plan is to do MS in United States.

- Time table, we can choose our teacher and slots according to our convenience
- Classrooms are well equipped with projectors
- Pleasent nature with full of different plants
Dislikes
- Traveling, it takes a lot of time to travel from home to college
- Lifts are less so we have to claim 5 floors in emergency
- There is no certain place to sit after classes

When we were making course registration there are so many clashes so it can be improved classes are less due to increase of students strength and it is hard to find a class other all were good enough to be

- They provide internship opportunities for us
- They will conduct fests every year and weekend events
Dislikes
- They should improve the infrastructure of the college
- They should decrease the fee for hostel, i feel like we are paying more than needed
- Also sometimes, in some academic years, there is a difficulty in getting placements
Placement Experience:
1. From 7th and 8th semester onwards, our collage students are eligible for campus placements.
2. Wipro, Fedility, Tata, Tcs, IBM and many other companies
3. Highest package is 27Lpa and average package is 8Lpa
4. 85 to 90 percentage got placed
5. My plan is to get in a good company and chase my dreams

- Courses were great. Loved the library. Amazing labs.
- Great mentors we had. Buildings are great now compared to when we joined because it was still under construction back then.
- We had projects that gave us excellent hands on experience on real life projects.
Dislikes
- The open notebook system. Though it was great to have a reference hand written notebook to check on, it really didn't help us in actually learning and registering information into our brains.
Placement Experience:
We were seated for placements right after 3rd year. I did get a job at Virtusa with 5.5LPA package. A lot of students secured great placements in various companies and different locations with great packages.
