Students who have not appeared in CUET-UG may also apply directly through the CSMU admission portal (admissions.csmu.ac.in) and will be considered on the basis of their 10+2 marks.

Ques. Do I need to have studied Sanskrit in school to apply for BA (Sanskrit) at CSMU?

Ans. While having a background in Sanskrit from school (Class 10 or 12) is helpful and will make the transition easier, it is not a mandatory requirement for admission to BA (Sanskrit) at CSMU. The eligibility criteria only require passing 10+2 from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any stream. Students who have not studied Sanskrit before can still apply, though they should be prepared for an intensive study of the language from the foundational level.

Ques. What career options are available after completing BA (Sanskrit) from CSMU?
