The Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is a 3-year full-time undergraduate programme offered by the Department of Commerce and Management at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University (CSMU), Panvel, Navi Mumbai. The programme provides a strong foundation in accounting, finance, economics, business law, and management, preparing students for careers in banking, finance, taxation, and corporate sectors. The total programme fee is Rs. 1,65,000 over 3 years (including registration fee). Admission is based on CSMUCET or CUET scores. Admissions for the 2026-27 academic session are currently open. Applications at CSMU started from 1st March 2026. Fee Structure

• The Registration Fee of Rs. 15,000 is non-refundable and is paid once at the time of admission.
• The Examination Fee of Rs. 1,000 is charged per examination and is separate from the annual programme fee.
• A Readmission Fee of Rs. 1,500 per year is applicable from the 2nd year onwards if required.
• Students may pay at least 50% of the annual fee at the time of provisional admission and the remaining before the due date to confirm admission.
• Hostel fee (optional, not mandatory) ranges from Rs. 92,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per annum for 2026-27 depending on room type (Triple/Double, AC/Non-AC). Mess fee is not included in the hostel fee.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 (any stream) from a recognised board.
• Candidates must have a valid score in CUET UG or CSMUCET.
• Candidates appearing in the final year of 10+2 are also eligible to apply provisionally.

Admission Process

• Fill the online application form at admissions.csmu.ac.in and pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,500.
• Submit scanned copies of required documents for prima-facie eligibility verification.
• Candidates with valid CUET scores are exempted from CSMUCET and receive an offer of admission directly after eligibility check.
• Candidates without CUET scores must appear for CSMUCET conducted by the university.
• Upon receiving the offer of admission, pay the registration fee or full annual fee to secure provisional admission.
• Confirm admission by verifying original documents at the university admissions office and submitting the Transfer/Migration Certificate.

Scholarship Schemes

• Only one scholarship scheme can be availed at a time; schemes cannot be combined.
• Scholarships are disbursed at the end of the academic year as a concession on the fee payable, after verification of documents and minimum 75% attendance.
• Students must be below 22 years of age for UG programmes and must not have any gap years between qualifying exam and CSMU admission to be eligible for merit scholarships.
• Application for scholarships must be submitted on the prescribed form with documentary proof before the deadline announced by the university each year.
