The college takes the intake of the students through entrance exam of NEET-UG, the minimum criteria to take admission in a college is 10+2 with Biology. The applicants are to fill out a form for the admission test of NEET-UG to be selected. I took the test and got admission to the college luckily.

My B.Sc journey

Admission -

After completing my higher secondary board exam, I took an admission for B.Sc in Nursing course in this university. For the selection process I had to give an entrance exam, conducted by the faculty of the university. There were total 100 seats for our course and my name was on the first list of the selected candidates.

Placement -

We are currently in the third year. When we will be done with our third year final exams, we will be assisted by our professors for the internship process. We will have to work for for 8 hours each day, which will include day and night shifts. During the internship program we will be supervised by experienced nursing teachers.

Sri Guru Ram Das University of Health Science is one of the best universities for nursing course. We had the best professors who not only taught us but also mentored us throughout our course. I had the best days in this university.

Admission -

My admission was done by an entrance exam, conducted by the university. The admission process was pretty strict. The duration of the entrance exam was two hours and I had to answer few objective MCQ questions. Based on the score of the test they published a merit list, in which my name was on the second list. After two days, there was the registration process for all the selected candidates and from the next day itself our class got started.

The admission process is pretty simple here as all we need to register ourselves and after clearing the entrance examination which consists of Physics, Chemistry and Biology questions, we can go there for the offline mode counselling and documentation where seats are given according to the rank we get in the entrance.

Placement -

Placements are neither too good nor that bad. But we cannot blame the college for this though since in my course, there are very limited vacancy and most of the students go on for M.Sc since having just the graduation degree is not enough.

Thereafter I was granted admission in the college.

The placement structure of our college is really good the highest package taken by my batch senior was around 13 lpa which is quite decent as compared to the salaries offered by the other companies. Top companies recruit students from M.sc anatomy for various posts like medical scientist , research assistant , associate professor anatomy , Sr. medical coder and many more.
