The total fee for a 4-year academic program, including hostel charges, is 3,165 rupees, with no additional charges except examination fees per subject during professional exams each year. The fee structure is uniform across all categories and AIIMS colleges in India, amounting to 5,856 rupees for the entire MBBS course.

There are no extra charges for hostel, library, sports activities, or electricity. Although there is no merit-based scholarship, many students receive scholarships, and a stipend of around 30,000 rupees is provided. Additionally, an internship is paid according to government norms.
